Do not order to-go unless you have 30 min to wait then argue to get a refund because your flight is boarding and your salad hasn’t been started. Restaurant wasn’t busy. Neither manager, Elaine or Eric cared that I was about to miss my flight. They simply would not help. One of the waitresses followed me to apologize and gave me a salad she made. Waitress gets the only star in this experience.

I’ve flown through MHT twice a week for the past year and have grabbed food in the Sam Adams Brewhouse pretty regularly. The food is ok, but the service is the worst(unless you sit at the bar) I’ve ever experienced in an airport, let alone any other restaurant/bar. This seems pretty specific to the location farthest from security, by gate 5. The sandwiches are ok, pretty standard airport fare. Burgers and the chili are pretty good. Bloody Mary’s are also great for the area. However, almost every time I pass through I feel like my waitress has forgotten me at some point during my meal. I usually get my food ok, but after its dropped off, I apparently also drop off from the face of the world. It’s like pulling teeth to get someone’s attention — my waitress was always gossiping with the bartender with her back to me. My water was always empty. Even if I did get ahold of her and ask for the check, it’s like she totally forgot the part where she needs to run my card before I leave. And it’s not like they were swamped during rush hour — I think there were at MOST three other tables. So, if you need to eat here(not a ton of options in MHT), I would highly recommend eating at the bar where you can’t be forgotten, or choosing the location next to security. Tends to be a bit busier, but better staffed. Oh, and I should also say that there’s also a male with long hair that works at the far bar, and he is actually fantastic, so you are in good hands if you see him working!

Veggie nachos… I could make a plate that would look just like these at home… for a child. unfortunately, as I’m GF + vegetarian, always limited options, as to be expected. This airport is super tiny and really lacking dining options to begin with. However, I know I would’ve been ticked off if I ordered the lobster nachos and saw this plus some lobster tossed on top. Very nice bartender, she actually went out of her way to specifically make the guac for my dish since the food prep/cook was moving too slow for her liking. :) While I appreciate her effort and attitude, the meal, the atmosphere, the menu choices, they were all very disappointing. Again, I need to point out that the bartender was the one redeeming quality here. The woman I assumed was her manager… Not so much. She definitely ignored my arrival. Did not say a word, no hello, nada. And just a side note, I’m of the opinion that bartenders who work at an airport bar… They should really make the effort to keep travelers hydrated by supplying ice waters without asking. We all know water is our best friend, especially while traveling! *hint hint

Great food and vibe for an airport setting. Good beer selection. I liked their burgers, tried em all. Usually made medium rare unless you ask otherwise. They come with kettle chips but you can ask for fries with instead. Avoid the Buffalo burger unless you’re really into Blue cheese. The burger patty was great but the generous amount of blue cheese just over powers the burger and all you taste is the blue cheese on a bun.

There are times every place fails to impress or successfully meet a guests expectations. In the case of this place in the MHT airport they have hit it every time I have been here. Breakfast is a simple offering of Eggs, meats and accompanying sides. You can get a decent cup of coffee and if you want pancakes or omelets your in luck. The wait staff is great and accommodating and I have never had a bad visit even if I did not check in on Unilocal. Lunch and dinner are just as good and the drink selections with Brew are as good as any other MHT location. So stop by for breakfast or lunch and sit back and enjoy the opportunity to people watch and eat and drink while waiting on your flight.

I was waiting for a flight and stopped in for the special – a lobster roll. The lobster roll was good, but had lettuce on it, which is totally weird. I had great service and decent food. Overall not a bad experience. I would go back.

I was there on Sunday, March 1st and was witness to a bartender who evidently had no experience with dealing with customers. This individual continuously berated a woman from the UK and spoke negatively of her to other customers. There was no need for that behavior. No intentions of returning!

Three dollars to upgrade from a single absolut soda to a double absolut soda is ok in my book ! Gate 9 is definately the place to be in Manchester airport. Say hello to Kathleen while you are there !

Overpriced, pretty bad airport food. One of the soups we got was cold and another was hot. The chicken quesadilla was pretty good but it’s hard to mess up cheese and chicken. The tacos was terrible and the shell was actually a stale tortilla. There are not that many salads or healthy options, so it is what it is. Also, service is very slow. It would be nice if there were more restaurant options here, as this is not the most optimal choice.

The #SWA plane was delayed so we stopped in for a Summer Ale. Hit the spot. Bacon cheeseburger was hot, fresh and a decent«medium». Sat in the section with the TV. Hey, service was good too!
