Showed up on time, Mark was very polite and professional, and did his job well. Thank you!

All I ask of a towing company is for them to respond very quickly and use a flatbed. The driver was very nice and was at my car within 20 minutes of me calling.
I highly recommend you use them, especially if in the greater Manchester area.

I certainly hope I never need a tow again; but if does happen, I’m calling precision. My vehicle wasn’t feeling this particular snowy evening so low and behold I was stuck in a parking lot with zero options. I had gone through my insurance roadside assistance program which made the initial call painless. When the tow arrived I was prepared for a grumpy fella mumbling my car all the way home (I’ve heard towing horror stories). Boy was I wrong. Jason was so great! He hitched up my car in a jiffy while making light of my situation. We actually engaged in a conversation during the drive. He was the nicest tow guy I’ve ever met! Although I didn’t have cash on me, I will be sending in a tip with his name on it. He made this crummy experience bearable! Thanks Jason!

Outstanding service. We were stuck right in the middle of McGregor Street on the West Side, at the very busy hour of 4pm. The truck literally arrived within 15 minutes, had the car on the bed and gone in less than 5. And the tow driver was not only polite, he was cheerful. Yeah, I strongly recommend this company.

I have had the worst luck with potholes and overheated cars lately and Mark has come to my rescue each and every time. I have had the (mis)fortune of meeting him on three occasions in the last 6 months so it’s kinda nice to see a familiar face, although I hope to never see him in the future ;-)
I’m not sure it’s a good thing to actually know a tow guy by name, but I’m glad to know him. He arrives on time, is pleasant to chat with, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done properly.
Kudos to him and to Precision Towing for having such an excellent person working for them.

I had a car moved within Manchester. It wasn’t an emergency, though Precision Towing got to it within an hour. The driver called a few minutes before he got there to let me know he was coming. He was very professional in moving the car, and it was a very seamless operation.
The nice thing about these folks is that they quoted me a price of $ 65 for the tow. I’ve had a quote before when I’ve had a car towed, and suddenly at the other end, it’s $ 30 higher than the quote. This business doesn’t play those sort of games. They dealt with me very honestly. I will gladly call them again when I need their services.

John and Precision Towing really got me out of a bind while at the Manchester Airport. He took the time to do the job right, and he was very careful with my vehicle the whole time. After being in the automotive industry and comparing Precision to the rest of the towing companies, I would have to say this experience was at the top of the list.

I had the unfortunate need to get towed, but was fortunate enough to have called Precision. I was an out-​of-​town female with a dead car and a dying cell phone. I was nervous about what kind of people would pick me up in their tow truck at 9:30 at night, but was thrilled with the quality of individuals and workers I encountered. These guys were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, (and also had the best price I could find)…and for that, I am very grateful.
