Specialties

Exquisite Fusion Cuisine. Start the day with a perfect crema latte and flaky French crossaint. By noon the lavendar goat cheese salad beckons, followed by a fresh home brewed cup of chai and our famous chocolate chip cookies. Finally the day is complete over a relaxing candlelight dinner of salmon tarragon bisque and tenderly broiled raspberry chipotle skirt steak, accompanied by a favorite Cabernet that you brought with you. BYOB Our French pastry chef delights in delectable creations of cakes, danishes, cookies, and some gluten free treats. Custom cakes and pies are available also. We take pride in our tantalizing coffee made of the top 1% quality coffee beans from around the world, and the hot chocolate made with homemade ganache. We will see you soon…

History

Established in 2008.

Amber meandered across the U.S. from Portland, Oregon bringing her taste for novelty epicurean creations developed on the West Coast to the cozy town of Manchester, Vermont. Amber meets Ron. Ron hails from Brooklyn and a Puerto Rican mother who told him «A man should never rely on a woman to cook.». Ron’s grandfather was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico giving rise to an appropriate title for great food. The pair began to battle food wars to see who could prepare the best — a competition from which a celebration of culture and food emerged.

Hello! Without a Beef Steak tomato straight out of my grandmother’s California garden, a salad is not complete. That is how my family has always cooked. Food should be fresh and creative. There is so much variety in food culture and style on the West Coast that dishes just inevitably begin to merge into fantastic fusion experiences. My passion for many genres of food from various cultures around the world has ended up in Manchester, Vermont. If you have flavor curiosity like I do come on in! I’ll create a unique dish just for you…
