Manchester Cycle Shop

We were looking into getting back into riding again after many years of not having the time
to ride. Stopped in this shop to be educated on newer bikes. After talking to the owner for about a half hour we bought two Dual sport bikes. He took the time to make sure that we had the proper size bikes and showed us some other options that some people use. He gave us the time we needed to feel comfortable about our decision and it was great not being pressured into buying a bike that was being pushed on us. It was a pleasure buying bikes from this business. We look forward to returning to buy accessories for our new bikes.

I go there at times only because it is close by. The owner has zero personality. He isn’t friendly at all and acts like you are bothering him with entering the place. An owner should be cheery and welcoming to his customers, which makes me want to go there. I don’t know how he stays in business because of his drab attitude. I would never buy a bike from him. There are other bike shops in nearby towns who act like they want your business. This guy doesn’t get it.

Stopped in at Manchester Cycle this morning to pick up a new helmet to replace my 15 year old crumbling styrofoam one I was currently using. The shop was bright and clean. We were immediately greeted and asked if we could be assisted. I was given several options for helmets with great descriptions. I could try them on and I never felt pressured one way or the other. (Or pushed to a more expensive one…) We enjoyed our experience so much that my boyfriend bought a helmet as well and he wasn’t even planning on making the purchase! We were also able to gather some information from them about the local biking trails. Pricing was very comparable to Dicks or Sports Authority– and we were able to support a local business! I will definitely return when I need some biking accessories or help.
