InkStudioFX, LLC is a collaborative effort between GomezInk (Tattoo & Art) and KStudioFX (Web & Graphic Design).

We are a fully insured tattoo shop & design studio that provides the highest quality work and care in a friendly and sterile environment. We encourage client collaboration in order to capture the client’s essence and maximize design quality. We are very passionate about what we do and how we do it. We strive everyday to enhance our client’s physical and/​or digital appearance by having a higher than normal level of standard.

Business Owner

Hello, my name is Jose Gomez, and I was born and raised in Queens, NY. I have been tattooing for a little over 4 years and drawing/​painting for over 12 years.

As a kid I was fascinated with comic books, their stories and their illustrations. But it wasn’t until my late 20′s that I took art seriously and realized that I could become a reputable tattoo artist. The Tattoo industry is a very difficult industry to get into, so much so, that I taught myself how to tattoo. Learning how to tattoo on my own was a difficult, trial and error process. I noticed that my tattoos and art were not up to par with the better tattoo artists in the field.

I took some time off to study technique by going to book stores and buying any books that would better me as an artist. I have improved much since then, but I am my own worst enemy and feel that with my art, there will always be room for improvement. I consider myself an art student first, and am constantly learning from fellow artists.
