Every employee I asked for help stopped to give me full attention and guide me down the best route for my project. But to top it all off they let me use the store class room to finalize my project. They let me work there for 8+ hours. Premium customer service. Thank you.

I made a special one hour trip over to check out Hobby Lobby. It was everything I expected and more.
This location was so much larger then the other one I had gone to in Ohio. They had such a large variety of almost everything you are looking for. What was even nicer that almost everything I looked at and end up purchasing was 50% off. What else can you ask for in a store? Great product and fantastic prices!
There were many sales associates visible for help. The aisles were all very tidy and the store was pretty clean. I love shopping here and would highly recommend this store for that special item you need for your home or your art and crafts projects.

I previously heard about hobby lobby through a friend who loves the shop. I had checked them out on a trip to Ohio and I was thrilled when I found out that there’s a location within 1 hour of my home. I recently moved to a new apartment with lots of empty wall space so I was in need of some wall decoration. Yesterday we made the one hour drive to New Hampshire to check out hobby lobby.
The Manchester store is huge and definitely larger than the one we visited in Columbus. It’s also cleaner looking and better lit. There’s a lot of stuff and it’s kind of overwhelming to decide where to start. I was able to find the wall decals and posters right away. It took me forever to decide which ones I like best. They had lots of designs, animals. posters with encouraging words, and my favorite design, owls. Just as I had made my choice I came upon another poster section and then it took me another half an hour to debate on what to get. All of the posters are always 50% off according to a sign.
When we went to check out the cashier informed us that everything we had picked up was on sale. I was happy that all of my posters were 50 percent off. I ended to buying 5 posters and a clock for $ 78. The cashier also let us know that there’s no sales tax in new hamsphire so that was a great saving.
Hobby lobby is such a fun shop and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking to decorate your home or shopping for party supplies. Believe me, it’s way more fun than boring michaels or ikea. My only complaint is the store is closed on Sunday’s. What’s up with that?

Terrible customer service

I love Hobby Lobby because it’s not expensive and it seems everything is always on sale. I like that we can get coupons online. I like all the different stuff that is there for décor, holidays, and crafts

Terrible customer service experience every time I go. The staff is very rude and managers are not much different. One particular night, we had stopped by one night 20 minutes before closing to grab some last minute things for my upcoming wedding. Immediately we were greeted by a cashier who advised we need to be «quick» because they are closing soon. We grabbed the things we needed in less than ten minutes and stopped on an end cap to check out something. The same cashier came up to us and told us to bring our purchases to the front now and I told her we would be up there in one moment. She let out a huge sigh and said they are closing in less than ten minutes and she needs to count her money and close her register. I’m a paying customer with items in my hand to buy so being pushy and following us around the store when I am very respectful of the time. This is not the first time I have experienced very poor treatment and I will never shop here again.

I’m not really a craft’s person myself, but I had gone in yesterday to get some gift card’s for Christmas presant’s & walked around a bit & was amazed at how huge this place is and can see why the people I was shopping for LOVE this place! If your a crafts person-​this is the place to go!

I will say I love this place… I come here for fair quality with a good price yarns…
This place is, AC Moores, Micheal’s, JoAnn’s and Home Good’s wrapped nearly into one store… if you can’t find what you need for crafting or decorating in here, you don’t need it…
Great selection on beading, various decorating themes, yarn etc… I will say though that the fabric selection is not a grand as JoAnn’s, but they do carry different patterns and fabrics then JoAnn’s.
As for the yarns I by. I do like their brand of yard (Just love this Yarn) over Red Heart. Great cheap yarn. It knits well.
I am smart about coming here… bring their on-​line coupon with you, it makes a difference.
This place is a box store. you are not going to find the fancy high end fibers here. The yarn here is standard «ball» and I have noticed I can get an adult hat and half a scarf out of one ball.
Great store, great selection… just remember this is still a BOX STORE…

They do have good sales from time to time. But most importantly, watch their web site for coupons!

This place is great! Never heard of them before but went in to check them out. All kinds of stuff like upholstery material, pictures and frames, cake decorating supplies, decorating stuff, craft supplies, seasonal stuff, and the list goes on. The few times I’ve been a lot of things were on sale, and if they’re not, there are coupons available on line. Store is quite large.

THIS IS MY NE W FAVORITE STORE EVER!
It’s a craft store, fabric store and Home Goods all under one roof, and the size of a Wal-​Mart. The first time I went in here, I was looking for one small thing that I couldn’t find at Michael’s…meanwhile 2 hours later… yes I found what I needed as well as a ton of other stuff I didn’t need but was just plain awesome.
Prices are reasonable, selection is awesome and it’s a playground for craft nerds like me.

I can’t believe this place… Not your usual Craft store. This place had the largest selection of Christmas decorations I’ve seen anywhere!
They not only have your usual craft items, they have small furniture items, decorative glassware, fabric, decorator fabric, a huge selection of frames and pictures, and really nice quality silk flowers, to say the least. When I went it was early in the season and all the Christmas items were 50% off. They also have weekly coupons on Geoqpons for anyone with a Droid phone.
