I order once a week with my coworkers & it takes them an hour and a half to bring 2 salads & pasta right down the road from their location. Terrible service, great food.

A nice lunch spot. Had a great Chicken Caesar Wrap at this place. Salad was crunchy, chicken was hot and flavorful, and it was filling. Will try more items here next time.

I come back here every year with my friends after our big event. The food always fantastic and the staff are so friendly!

This used to be my favorite place to get a pizza or sub, but it has gone significantly down hill. The last two times I ordered delivery, something was missing from the order. Once was dressing for a grilled chicken salad and the other was a chicken Parmesan sandwich that was missing marinara sauce. I will be taking a break from Giovanni’s.

I still love their food, but their inconsistency with delivery has gotten old. It often takes over an hour to get your order, and several times it has arrived cold. Top that with the fact that though their House Steak Tip sub is on their online menu and has been a staple of all Giovanni’s restaurants for many many years(my family used to get it from the Londonderry one over 15 years ago) I have run into multiple issues with the staff at the restaurant not knowing what it is/how it is made. I hate to bump my review down from 5 stars to 3, but I really have started to lose patience with the consistent issues I have experienced here. There is no excuse, they have to realize that their deliveries take over an hour(longest wait was nearly 2 hours in fact) but they have not taken any steps to fix it.

I’ve been coming here for years, but ownership has changed — appears to be family run and staffed. Less than friendly! Food quality is not what it used to be and on a Saturday at noon it was dead. Very sad!

Great pizza. Slices on hand are excellent. Soda is ice chilled in cooler another plus here. Roastbeef great!

The super beef was pretty tasty but the pizza was among the 10 worst I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten pizza in 25 different states. The crust was pan style but had the texture of styrofoam. The sauce tastes like it came from a giant steel drum or at least a can. As a New Yorker I find this pizza absolutely offensive. I would rather go to the supermarket and buy a frozen pizza. Do yourselves a favor and order from Simon’s instead. Their pizza is not GREAT but it’s light years better than this garbage. Or just stick to roast beef, they seem to do that pretty well.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! If you can, avoid this restaurant and it’s disgraceful excuse for employees. I have eaten here many times, and it gets worse every time. This last visit was just that-my last. I ordered over the phone, and *attempted* to get what i always do, a junior beef in an onion roll. The girl taking the order said«Um, that’s barely any beef. You have to order a super beef to get one anyway» which is strange, because I’ve ALWAYS ordered that and i have never been told that, or had an issue. After making this point, she continued to argue with me, so i gave in and just ordered the bigger sandwich. When i arrived to pick up my order, the girl had her face on the counter top. Apparently being rude is exhausting so she had to take a nap on the job. No one once said please, thank you or have a nice day. I took my order home and discovered that had made my sandwich completely wrong(drowning in bbq sauce i can’t eat) so i called to complain. The«manager» i spoke with was equally rude and unhelpful, and all she did was offer excuses instead of apologies. She even hung up on me after i asked to speak with the owner. Can you believe i had to fight to get a refund? This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here, and I won’t ever go back. But i will be sure to tell everyone i know about my visit. New owners are in order!

Order a chicken kebab sub, with feta tomato, and(extra house dressing) for delivery. What I got was a chicken kebab sub, with feta tomato, and Greek dressing, I called and complained, they brought the same thing. Giovanni’s I am very disappointed, I have been a long time customer, I know what your house dressing taste like, and what I got was not house dressing. Delivery date 5÷12÷15, order time 1PM. The next time I am thinking about ordering out, Giovanni’s will be last on my list. The one thing I will not tolerate is incompetence, when I called a second time and tried to give you’re employees the benefit of the doubt by asking if you changed the house dressing, and the person who answered said you did not, leads me to believe you’re employees are incompetent. If you hope to say in business any longer, you need to tell you customers when you run out of house dressing, instead of trying to make a quick buck and slapping some thing else on it and then calling it house dressing.

To the person answering the phone on 5⁄1 at around Noon, you should be fired. You just hung up on me because I’m following up on order? Really it’s been like 35 mins and I’m across the street. I understand your«slammed» but hanging up on a customer isn’t the proper way to handle the situation.

This location is better than the one in Nashua, which I stopped going to once the service got really bad. The pizza and other food is great, and the service is always pleasant and quick. I love the greek salad. They use a house dressing, which I think is better than the greek dressing. I’m usually pretty happy with a cheese pizza, but we recently tried the Broccoli Alfredo pizza. It did have some items that normally I do not eat(mushrooms, bacon, onions), but it was still a great pizza. I just tried to pull off most of what I could.

I love their Greek pizza. Maybe because I love lamb, but the pizza has great flavor which is a plus. The service is friendly and quick. Their 3 way roast beef sub is amazing! Definitely worth a visit our 3 or 4.

I still like this place but some of their food could be better. Most of all is their salads. Dry and barely any veggies. Also their subs could use some work. Their pasta and pizzas are really good though! My favorite is the broccoli chicken alfredo. Delicious!

Giovanni’s is a small chain in New England, serving pizza and roast beef sandwiches(along with a large selection of other sandwiches and salads). Wifey and I frequent this as one of our places to get roast beef sandwiches. Having grown up on Arby’s Roast Beef, not having it in New Hampshire forced us to find another place for roast beef… and, boy, we are glad we did! Giovanni’s roast beef is meatier, a bit more rare and tastier than anythign we ever got at Arby’s. You can, basically, get one of three sizes and then dress it up any way that you like. Wifey likes hers with mayonnaise and provolone, while I like mine with their barbecue sauce. Be careful if you get barbecue sauce, as they will put a LOT on it. And… their BBQ sauce is a bit spicy… again, caution is warranted. You can order fries(wifey and I split a small… and it is plenty)…they are always crispy, but they are not fresh fries… but…not bad for frozen. This particular Giovanni’s could use a bit of cleaning up. The hallway to the restrooms has stuff piled up in it(you, at places, have to squeeze by) and a couple of the booth seats have rips in them(and they have been there a while).

My husband & I tried this place Christmas eve noon time for lunch. It was awful I had a roast beef on a bulkie that was cold, I thought the reputation of this place was HOTRB sandwiches? My husband had a greek salad that had more than a few of those tasteless white lettuce ribs & meager 2 olives. the coffee was an abomination! I would have thought it was ice coffee since it was so dark & was only missing ice cubes. Weather being cold, after a couple of sips I took it to ordering counter & asked for a warm up since it was luke warm on arrival. I expected to have hot coffee from a carafe added, heck no they nuked the thing to the undrinkable stage never even adding cream or milk to fill the cup to a more presentable level & lighten the excessively dark serving. That tells me alot, this place cares little for the customer & they even have the audacity to have a «TIPS» canister on the counter. My tip would be to stay clear of this place & the bill came close to $ 20.00, take out from shaws in the same plaza would have been a better idea!
