Dunkin’ Donuts

My all time LEAST favorite Dunkin Donuts. We ordered from here and long HAIR covered our breakfast sandwich. DD is gross. Coffee taste burnt and the this place is awkwardly placed for parking and road access.
Do yourself a favor. Spend the couple extra bucks ANYWHERE else to have a better selection for coffee and food options.

I come here daily, sometimes several times for Bagels, Sandwiches and Dark Toast Iced Coffee with cream. Service is better than most fast food places and food and drink quality is consistently on par.
Employees are friendly, learn your name/​orders and it is open 24÷7÷365.

One of the best Dunks in Manchester. The service is usually pretty fast. Coffee is fresh, I think because they are so busy. Most of the employees are really awesome, friendly and accurate. I think in the few years I’ve been coming here, (at least 4 – 5 times a week), I’ve only had a few messed up coffees. One of the cons of this dunks is the parking lot. It could be bigger somehow. Getting out of there on Saturday mornings is like a circus at times. The food is pretty fresh too. I mean it all depends on what time you go. Like if you go earlier in the morning, 9 or 10ish your food is most likely made fresh to order because they’re pretty busy. If you don’t mind waiting an extra minute or two because of the lines. The prices are average, not Starbucks prices. That’s a plus. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

This review is for the current woman manager at this dunkin donuts. She is so rude and mean to her employees. She screams at them for ever little thing when customers are present. I have never felt so uncomfortable in such an environment that i had to apologize to one of her employees that they put up with her. Your employees wouldnt mess up customers orders if they werent walking on eggshells and being threatend to be sent home for a mistake. This is a high volume dunkies and they are trying their hardest and dont need to work for someone like that. This woman should be monitored or sent home. Good luck to these employees. If this woman hates her job go someplace else.

Its only been a few weeks since I’ve started coming here and the best part is its ²⁴⁄₇. they’ve even memorized my whole order which includes 4 drinks and get it right every time!

Big Dunks fan here. Twice a day usually. Just moved to this neighborhood and I’m starting to think of driving across town for my coffee. This dunks is subpar and consistently gives me mediocre coffee and takes WAY to long. As I type this I’m watching from the drive through at the staff talking and wasting time. 12 mins for a coffee and a wrap. Clearly the issue is management as its slow all the time, walk in or drive through. This location needs a staff overhaul!

I really, really love Dunkin’ Donuts, so it pains me that the closest location to my house is a subpar one. I’ve frequently gotten wrong orders, and coffees are very heavy on ice, milk/​cream and sugar regardless of how I order.
Frankly, the fact that groups of people hang out in front of the store nights and weekends make me less likely to visit, especially when it doesn’t look like they are drinking coffee or eating from the store, just hanging around in the parking lot. It’s too bad, because it is a convenient location and recently renovated.
Giving it 2 stars as a recent weekday morning rush hour visit was fine (go inside and do not bother with the drive through).

I love this Dunkins, it has the best sprinkle balls any donut shop could have. Also they always get my order right, do not even pay attention to Taylor L’s post. If you want a great coffee and donuts, this is where you should go.

This Dunks sucks! Every time I go there, I am always waiting at least 20 minutes in drive through or inside. The parking lot is atrocious! And every person that works there is usually in a shit mood. There hasn’t been a time yet that they have given me the correct order and my order isn’t even hard to get right. I’ve been going here for quite and while and good lord, if it wasn’t the only Dunks near me, I would stop going here…

Stopped in for some caffeine this afternoon — ordered a medium iced latte — with three shots of espresso.
While strong, the drink was also to watery — I guess the result of hot espresso being poured over ice — and the drink was not cold enough.
Will have to come back and give them another try some time…
