I had the best experience at this Dunkin Donuts the other day! Jacqui was at the counter, and after ringing my order, I had to change things because my kids changed their minds. She was very patient & said «no worries». My kids told her (albeit slowly) what they wanted and Jacqui was attentive & repeated their orders to them with a big smile! Sometimes the smallest things in life can make someone’s day!

We ran from IHOP to get here. Worth getting flipped off. Bacon egg and cheese was great, and my munchkins were good as always. Good place to eat when IHOP is too full.

horrible. I ordered hash browns and I said I wanted ketchup, they forgot! I asked for the meal and they just gave me the sandwich. They gave me an attitude. Won’t go back!

Terrible, Went during a slow time, only one other customer in line: Several minutes went by before either of us was greeted by one of the many crew members. The doughnut I ordered was dropped upside-​down half crushed in the bag. Also ordered aone the new Chips-​Ahoy Coolatas to try, was NOT offered whipped cream (every other dunkin in the world offers this) and was given an Oreo coolata instead. I don’t mind the oreo. I like it, but wanted to try the chips-​ahoy. Also the women who waited on me had grotesquely long painted nails. No food service establishment I have ever worked in (and there are MANY) would have allowed this under their dress code… My advise… Drive down the road to the next Dunkin, This one SUCKS!

This morning when my dad bought us breakfast and when I got out the hash browns one of them were burnt and a sausage and egg croissant. My dad brought it back to Dunkin donuts and they didn’t even say sorry and when we brought the sausage and egg croissant back in the house it was messy. Also when my dad brought the burnt food in Dunkin donuts and showed it to the employees, it said what was wrong. That was just ridiculous. We have planned we won’t go here anymore and if you ever go there you will have to prepare for the craziness.

I go to a lot of Dunkin Donuts in the area and I have to say this is the only one that I dread stopping at…
½ the time I go to this location, they are out of what I want… How can you be out of ICED TEA???
When they do have what I want, I’m told to drive around the front and someone will bring it out to me… Twice I have pulled around the front and waited. Both times I had to get out of the car and go into the building to see where my order was…
It’s almost comical… S A D…
Do yourself a favor, drive another mile to the next Dunkin. You won’t be sorry…

I don’t usually check in at a Dunkin or something routine like that, let alone write a review on one…
But it’s definitely worth writing a review when you order a expensive hot latte and they use whole milk that’s just south of cheese. I guess most Americans can’t tell when milk has spoiled. Had to throw away my latte it was DISGUSTING and lattes from other Dunkins was all k would drink. Might have to switch to Starbucks.

Easy access off of I-​84 East or West if you’re looking for a quick coffee fix. Exit 63.
This is the franchise’s newest location here in Manchester and has a great management team!
The restaurant is clean and able to service all of your coffee & donut & bagel sandwich needs.
A drive thru is available if you’re really in a hurry.
I had a large coffee, no sugar & milk: My sandwich was as follows:
«Choose from Turkey Sausage or Veggie egg white omelet with a slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese, served on a multigrain flatbread. Either way you can start your day with under 300 calories.»
I had the veggie, which tasted really good!
Tip: If you’re craving a doughnut but can’t do with all the calories, try a few munchkins for only .99!!! Eat them throughout the day:)
