We provide a well balanced program of activities that promote physical, cognitive and emotional development of your child. We offer a safe, rich, growth-​enhancing center in which we promote a fun loving learning environment. We serve children ages 6 weeks old– 6 years of age from Bedford, Hooksett, Manchester, Concord, Pembroke, Londonderry, Derry, Amherst, and Bow in our Hooksett, NH and Manchester, NH centers.

History

Established in 2009.

Dawn Curtis and Nikki Darwish are sisters and established this family business in 2009. We have children of our own and it was difficult to find quality care for our own children so we went to school for Early Childhood Education and started our own business.

Hello. My name is Dawn Curtis. I am Co-​owner and Director at Colorful Apples Learning Center LLC. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern NH University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Hesser College. I am currently enrolled in Manchester Community College and working towards an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I recently completed a class studying Children’s Literature and a class titled Creative Arts for Children and I really enjoyed both classes. I am certified in Adult/​Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid. I have been caring for children for 6+ years in our NH center based program. I have a wonderful family my husband Patrick, a 5 year old son named Conor and a 3 year old daughter named Makenzie. They are truly Amazing! I am also the Auntie of 3 nephews and 1 beautiful niece. I opened Colorful Apples with my sister Nikki because of my love for children and my belief that family is everything. We also have our sister Desi working with
