Everyone is always very polite to me here and fast. One time I had to wait less than 5 minutes no big deal I didn’t mind. When they called me up to finish my burrito and pay the cashier said you’re all set. I was confused and said but I didn’t pay. She said I know you had to wait a few minutes so we’re giving you you’re burrito for free. I was very happy about this of course and thanked them. Absolutely excellent service they really make sure the customer is happy.

Fast, good customer service, delicious burritos. Highly recommend when craving a bit more upscale than the local Taco Bell.

I always have a really good experience at this Chipotle. My order is always correct and made well. I love their fresh ingredients– especially the guacamole and corn salsa. The employees are friendly & helpful to speed up your order when you’ve placed your order online. I would highly recommend for yummy tacos & burritos & salads on the go!

So disappointed. This must be the worst Chipotle on the planet. The folks behind the counter are clueless, the food is poorly prepared, burnt and so over-spiced I had to throw it out. It took 10 minutes to go from one end of the counter to the cash register. They were too busy talking than care about the customer in front of them. Since when is it OK to argue with the customer over what you want on your burrito bowl. They need to fire the manager and bring someone who knows how to train and supervise. I love Chipotle but every time I give this place another try i get lousy food and horrible service. The store in Nashua DW I could eat every day. This one I can’t force myself to go anymore. Please fix this place.

I will start this review by saying that I have been to many Chipotles, in different cities and in different states. I love Chipotle food and that is why I keep going there. Now… to the reviewing on THIS location. Here are the reasons why they didn’t get 5 star from me: 1. This location is smaller than your standard locations and seating space is very limited. 2. The portions served by this crew area significantly smaller/less than other locations. 3. The clientele here is constant and the servers have no time to be friendly and extra attentive(as is required by Chipotle standards). 3. The food was not consistent. The chicken and fajita mix were constantly burned/over cooked(various visits).

This Chipotle has phenomenal customer service. They’re fast, efficient and can hold a good conversation at the same time. I’m Here in NH from out of town for work and hit this one up a few times. I’ll give a shout out to Holly who was super rad every time I came in. After a couple visits she recognized who I was and maintained great conversation while at the same time taking care of the establishments business and flow of customers when I was there. Thanks for being awesome guys!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place; really started eating at chipotle when I was pregnant for my daughter in Texas; a friend brought me here and I am addicted to the lime rice; every time I go through Manchester I stop here and get a burrito bowl with extra rice /chicken and black beans and EXTRA corn sour cream and guacamole(thats my personal fav. dish) and I order it and receive it exactly the same every time — Love the chips and guac and my son loves the burritos :-) this is an addiction type food /I always have enough to bring home and save for lunch the next day —

I eat here all the time and I really enjoy the food, so I often put my order in online ahead of time to avoid the long line. With that being said my food is never ready when I get there at the scheduled pick up time, the staff often don’t start my order until I get there, I am extremely frustrated what is the point of ordering for pick up if I have to wait 15 minutes when I get there anyways? Today I put my order in at 4 for 5:30 pick up and as I write this at 5:45 my order is still not ready. This needs to be addressed by management.

Food is good but this location in Manchester NH location doesn’t seem well managed. Lots of workers not doing much work. At an hour before closing, not that busy but there was a line and the place was messy and dirty. Tables not clean, floor dirty, bathrooms messy, no TP. Staff were also eating while preparing food — yuck. Staff were friendly but just not keeping the place up to make it feel like a clean and nice place to eat.

It’s not my favorite chipotle. They ran out of white rice and the brown rice was crunchy. It was a Thursday at dinner time just surprise they ran out. Overall it wasn’t that great

I used to love chipotle. It is the only fast food I would eat because of the flavor and it is a somewhat healthier choice than other places. But now the inconsistency of what I get is terrible. I used to get a steak burrito but the steak quality has become so poor I have to chew the fatty chunks for minutes or spit it out. So I switched to chicken. This went well til today I got a double chicken burrito and the chicken was burnt. Really burnt. It was so unsatisfactory that I didn’t finish. It will be awhile until I satisfy my chipotle craving hoping it will not be another disappointment.

Boycott. Allowing employees to protest on company time and property makes the company a party to the action. Because of this, and their stand about racist rioting, looting and violent behaviors, I will be boycotting this chain.

Absolutely love their food! The workers are nice but seem to just want to get the customer out of their way! But besides that factor it’s a place to check out!

If you’re looking for a quick, satisfying meal, Chipotle is perfect. I recently tried a chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious. They are very generous with the guacamole which I appreciate because I’m obsessed with guac. I’ve had their burritos a bunch of times and I love those too. It’s always a treat when I go to Chipotle.

C’mon complaining people! What’s wrong with all of you!!? Where’s the love? [the bad reviews are actually out of date now] A Bit of Perspective Ok I’ve been to probably a dozen Chipotle’s in across CA, NV and now NH? Wow, that is amazing in itself. And this one is now [in 2014] EXACTLY like the rest. In all, I’ve had probably 30 – 40 visits total between all of the ones I’ve been to. This one in Manchie kicks a$$. I’ve been to it twice since I’ve been visiting in town [both in 2014]. And both times, it was exactly what was expected, amazing. Having said all that, I read thru some of the bad reviews below and suggest that when any chain restaurant like this is just opened [and on the opposite side of the country from where home is] they’re far away from«corporate» and more errors are made and not corrected very quickly. My personal opinion is that they got a really bad rap for a pretty rough start. What I experienced was nothing like what was written below… Seeing as most of those reviews are 1 – 2 years old now, new managers, new staff, they clearly have it all sorted out now and are running smoothly. Yes the ppl are really nice, and yes the managers are too. But the food is great! And you can never beat the price. $ : ]… [drool]

This Chipotle location opened up about three weeks ago on South Willow Street, next to Mattress Giant in a long strip plaza. This location is seems smaller spacewise than the other Chipotle locations I’ve eaten at. There are a few long communal tables between the front door and counter area and there’s also seating along the front window and an outside patio. The food served here is very fresh and the menu is pretty straightforward and simple. The prices here are similar and comparable to other burrito places in area including Baja’s California Cantina(on Elm Street) and Boloco(Concord), $ 6.25-$ 6.65($ 6.80-$ 7.80 in 2015) for burritos, salads, and burrito bowls with choice of fillings. Guacamole is $ 1.95($ 2.05 in 2015) extra. Kids menu options(quesadllas/tacos) are also available $ 3.10-$ 4.15($ 3.75-$ 4.75 in 2015) served with chips and drink(juice or organic milk). Self serve Coke fountain drinks, bottled beer, and margaritas served here. I’ve stopped in here during the prime dinner rushes and the line has been long, but not quite out the door. The line moves along quickly with enough staff working together moving the food down the prep line to the registers. I’ve ordered chicken and steak burritos which are decent, but I really enjoy the fajita steak burrito bowls with rice, sauteed green peppers & onions, salsa, & cheese(without the tortilla). The chips are crispy and fresh. The rice(a bit clumpy) and black beans also taste pretty good. I dip the chips in the beans! Overall, I’d give this place a solid 3.5 stars, but I’m rounding up since the staff here was able to handle the crowds during busy dinnertime and the naturally raised meats and other ingredients used in the food are free of growth hormones and antibiotics.
