Hi. I’m Christa. Thanks for stopping by. A little about my personal training program: I specialize in a variety of different training methods. I conduct Small Group Sessions for Women. Classes are small, personable, and affordable.
I also specialize in the Senior Fitness Department! My oldest client is 81 years old and he is strong and healthy. I work with clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Fitness for Seniors is important for staying healthy and active, and making even the little things in life easier.
Nutrition is also a passion of mine as it is very important in helping to succeed with weight loss.
