I’ve been using this business for three solid years. I drop my laundry off and they clean it weekly. I have special requests that they always fulfill. Last week I asked to have my cleaning ready in 3 hours. I never ask for it in short notice, but this time I needed it. They did it for me. Great leadership at the top that resignates to their employees. I would suggest using them to everyone. People are catching on to their wonderful business ethics, so they have been quite busy. my recommendation is to use them and give them time to prove how dependable they are. You will be surprised.
Five stars for getting it done in 3 hours. I do not ask for much, but the one time I did, they delivered big!

nice and clean. machines all in working order. My dryer at home stopped working but the washer does so I do a couple of loads of wash at home and throw them both in the dryer together. dries fast. the hot setting is HOT though so be careful. melted a fleece blanket a little but that was my own fault. haven’t met any of the staff yet but haven’t had a reason to talk to them as everything was going well but it has always been staffed. nice people there too. I know some others down town that are a little «scary» at times depending on the time of day. I always feel safe here.

I went here because the washer/​dryer in my home is out of use until further notice. I utilized their drop-​off service and was really happy that all my laundry was washed, folded and, depending on my garment, hung on a hanger. I felt bad because I originally thought I had brought a blazer in and thought it was missing, but as it turns out I had left it at home.
I just wish I had received a call when my laundry was done (it was done within 24 hrs which I had requested) and that the woman who initially helped me when I dropped off my laundry was a bit friendlier. Other than that, I have no complaints and plan on returning.

me and my sister had the worst experience. we showed up the women working grunted at us. we continued to start are laundry to then find out that once are stuff was already in the dryer the women started freaking out screaming at us to leave slamming doors my sister was scared because the women was very verbal and seemed threatening to us. she yelled idc if your clothes are done get out now ! in are faces, shut the light off when we were in are drying cycle luckily my sister had a flashlight, so we were able to find and get are clothes out of the dryer. with only 5 minutes left in our cycle. we will never return there and wouldn’t want anyone to experience that for a day at the laundry mat, but luckily theres a 24 hour one with free dryers 2 blocks down. i had to give it one star to write the review other wise this place should have 0 stars.
