My refrigerator on my camper was not working, I knew what the issue was as I had it diagnosed previously. I got a good price from James regarding the fix and let him have at it. He replaced the refrigerator and told me he would provide the paperwork for warranty purposes as he was still waiting for them from the refrigerator seller. After installing the refrigerator he wanted to check that it was working but my battery was dead — which I knew and would require a charge. He and his co-​worker told me that it wasn’t my battery but that my converter was gone and it would cost another ~$ 300.00. I thanked him and requested he mail the warranty paperwork as soon as he received it. I charged the battery and the electricity worked perfectly and thankfully so did the refrigerator. I never received the warranty paperwork even after leaving 4 messages for him with no response. He doesn’t seem very knowledgeable in this area and I certainly wouldn’t recommend him.

When he showed up he did good work. He’s a good guy but he’s inconsistent and he literally disappeared and went MIA on me while leaving me with unfinished brakes in my unit. With countless attempts and reaching him, I Haven’t heard from him in months. It’s a shame
