This had to be the best car experience I’ve ever had… I spoke with Chris the Assistant Manager who was friendly on the phone and in person… I too am a mechanic and I drive a 2006 Toyota Coralla well the check engine light would go on and than go off again I was aware that my vehicle was not operating properly so I made a phone call to STS they said to bring the car in they would take a look and see what was wrong… Once they knew what the car needed they called me explained the problems and even gave me a price plus labor of what it would cost… I understood the problems with the car and gave Chris autorization to fix the vehicle they did have to keep it overnight but I was ok with that… The next morning the car was finished and off I drove and what a difference in the operation of the vehicle… All I can say is thank you and STS was honest, upfront and sincere… I would highly recommend them to everyone…

STS Tire has been taken over by a new company and they have eliminated their STS Tire Silver Club which offered a 5% discount. As always, when a company is taken over things go down hill for customers. The new company just wants to make money as fast as they can. I’ve had several brake jobs by STS and today I was charge $ 79 for a brake system flush. I watched as they worked on my car and they never drained, filled and bled my brake system. Now, not only have their prices gone up, they’re charging for services they don’t do. Stay away. Go to Mr. Tire, Firestone or Sears. The good prices, discounts and service are gone at STS.

They cheated my 90 year old, WWII veteran grandfather out of over $ 500. He went into the shop to get a noise on his car fixed, and was told that he needed to have a bunch of work done in order to solve the issue. After promising this would solve the problem, my grandfather agreed to have the work done, and when given his car back was not told whether the problem was actually fixed(the noise is obvious to detect). He drove it home only to find out it was absolutely no different. After calling STS he was essentially told he could come back and pay to have more work done. Wow. How can you make a living off of preying on senior citizens and still sleep at night? Avoid this place please!

I needed 4 tires for my truck. Called and spoke to Chris(manager maybe). He was super helpful and offered me many options. Great tires, great service, great price. I will be back for other services. Highly recommend this location.
