We have exceptional views of Mount Equinox from either our outdoor seating on the deck or inside the restaurant. We offer a very delicious home cooked breakfast — from the basic breakfast to breakfast tacos. You won’t be sorry you joined us. Dinner is our main meal we serve you the freshest vegetables and offer several grades of meat — primarily serving PRIME with some additional options of choice. All of our sauces are homemade and we offer many gluten free dining options. We strive to cook your steak to perfection — serving a variety of seafood, chicken and lamb dishes. We are off the beaten track but you will be glad you came. We look forward to preparing you and your friends a delicious meal.

History

Established in 2011.

The restaurant is chef owned by Karen Geriak and Adam Dworkin. We owned two previous restaurants in Manchester, VT the Flat Road Diner and Maxwell’s Flat Road Grill totaling 14 years of experience between the two establishments. We sold both of those businesses and we are now well established at the Stamford Motel. We believe in serving fresh home-cooked food at reasonable prices. We use only the freshest ingredients that we can find as well as using fresh vegetables during the summer from our gardens that are located on the property. The restaurant is a small thirty seat restaurant which has exceptional views of Mount Equinox both from the deck as well as inside at the restaurant. Many of are old patrons from town join us for either breakfast or dinner. Adam Dworkin has an additional ten years experience at several fine restaurants in New York and Washington DC. Karen Geriak has approximately four years experience in the front of the house.
