History

Established in 1982.

Ashdown Technologies began in the custom software development field and quickly acquired skills in the promotion of its products on the World Wide Web. In 1994 it started using this skill-​set in the development of database-​driven websites for commercial customers. In 2009 it acquired a Network Operations Center to provide full service hosting capabilities for its web site customers, plus professional email services and server co-​location facilities. In 2010 it started specializing in high quality web design using Content Management Systems, notable WordPress.
