While these guys are nice, I would not recommend getting a screen replaced here. I’ve now had two different ones replaced here and ended up with two jobs not up to par. The first was about 1 ½ years ago on my iPod. It worked fine for about 2 months then the screen started bleeding and then went black. The second and most recent was an iPad mini. They say they fix it but really don’t. By the end of the first day I picked it up, it was ghosting (that’s when an Apple product starts doing stuff on its own). I had to return it two times after that for the same problem, and they basically told me I had to leave it in the case, because every time I took it out of the case the glass would come back off again. I paid $ 165 to have the glass replaced and it’s still not fixed properly because it’ll randomly shut off. When I took it back for the third time the guy tried to blame my nine-​year-​old son for the problems the iPad was having, when the truth is they never fixed it properly in the first place. I will never bring another product here and I would not recommend them at all.

Had my screen replaced here just over a month ago. Yesterday my phone fell off the couch (maybe 24″) onto laminate wood floor and the screen cracked as well as scratched! How does that even happen!?? This is the first non-​apple screen I have ever had on a phone. Pretty sure they are using some kind of cheaper glass. Wish I would have just paid the extra $ 30 and had apple do it.

Got a new iphone 6 the other day and within an hour my 3 year destroyed and broke the screen… I for sure didnt think it could be fixed… Im the ups driver in the area near this place and they had my phone fixed within 30 minutes for way cheaper than any other place… These people are awesome… Thank you guys.

Before I went there I called. A friendly voice picked up the phone and invited me to come by any time to have my iPhone fixed. So I did go by, having my 2 kids (3 and 6years) with me. The owner, Tony, is a very friendly person and knows his business very well. By the way: he switched the TV to a kids channel in no time — so my kids wanna go back ;)
We waited for my iPhone and the broken screen was fixed in about 20 minutes. During the repair we had a great talk and it was a pleasure to hang out there. I definitely will come back and recommend this business to everyone.

I’ve taken three iPhones there for replacement front/​back screens and pins. All were fixed within the day. He was honest and didn’t suggest a new battery or any thing more than I needed when the pins were replaced. Another phone was severely damaged, and he recommended leaving it alone because it wasn’t worth fixing He didn’t recommend expensive repairs. It might be far south, but it’s worth the drive. I’ve already sent two friends there, and they were super happy too.

these guys did a great job! I had my galaxy s3 fix by phone CPR, in south park meadows, Iv never been there with out a bad experience, one time they forgot to put my camera in the phone, how does a phone repair comp forget someting like that? then most recently I went in because my battery wasnt working right. they opened my phone and some how broke it. they told me they had to keep it till the next day because it wouldnt work, I was not happy with CPR at all. I found phone ER here on Unilocal,I decided to give them a try because there was no way I was going back to CPR. these guys are friendly, they know what they where doing. I strongly suggest going here before any other repair shops!

Shattered the screen on my iPhone 5 this morning-​I couldn’t even slide it open to use. The guy here fixed it in less than 15 minutes for $ 100. Good as new! Very pleased!

Phone fixed in 20 minutes. I was a disaster. They even replaced the bottom. Excellent customer service and convent hours. I’ve already broken my phone 3 times in the last 4 four months so you’d think I would have learned my lesson by now. Even found out I can take my Mac in to get the Malware off for under $ 100. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend these guys. Thanks for saving me!

So I was replacing the back of my iPhone and ran into an issue where one of the screws stripped. It looked impossible to get out. So I called these guys up, they said they would try. I took it to them and literally I was there less than 5 minutes from parking to driving home. These guys are quick! Plus they’re real friendly and willing to assist you. Not much more you can ask for. I recommend this place to anyone.

First time in need of a cell phone repair… I shattered my iPhone 5 screen. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced ($ 100+ tax). They may not be the cheapest (?), but they fixed my phone in 20 minutes with no fuss! Although I hope I never have to return (no more precarious phone balancing for me!), I’d have no problem using their services again!

Great group of guys, friendly, knowledgable, and very fast at their work. Needed power button replaced on iPhone 4s had it done in under 15 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone in the area. MOST AFFORDABLE REPAIR SHOP IN AUSTIN!
