Went in to have the lock on my door repaired. They told me it would require a new handle and that they’d call the dealerships to see if any of them had ones painted the same color as my car. Called me back and said they found a new one the same color as my car but it would take a day to get the part and replace it.
Show up the next day and they don’t know how much to charge me. Asked me what I was quoted, called their manger… etc. Dude comes back out with a piece of paper and the amount written down. I paid the amount (like an idiot), expecting paperwork or something… nope. Just a generic receipt. Go to the car and it’s the same handle. My old one, all scratched up from 7 years of fumbling with the key. Not a new one, and the lock is still janky.
Feeling pretty duped… but at least I know where not to take it for oil changes, new clutch, tune ups, and all the DMV stuff I’ll need to register. And now I also know who not to refer other people to…

IF YOU GET GAS HERE, TAKE NOTE: Yes as another reviewer mentioned, they do have the cheapest gas around but I’ve come to realize that there is a «price» for it. I have a problem at the pumps literally every time that I stop here, sometimes it’s the credit card machine failing to work, sometimes it’s the pump pumping gas so slow that it takes 10 minutes to get 10 gallons, and on one occasion the pump had a leak!!!
Today I stopped by to fill up and again, their credit card machine at the pumps failed to work and advised me to go inside. I did go inside but not to pay for gas, I went in to advise them that I would no longer be frequenting this business. The employee on duty advised that he knew there was a consistent problem with the credit card machines and he has repeatedly notified the owner, who responds with «If they don’t like it, they can go to Sheetz». So I went to Sheetz and will do so from now on.

Always the cheapest gas in Manassas.
Don’t waste your time driving around looking for someting cheaper… this is it.
The only downside of this place is trying to make a left hand turn to head North on Route 28. The traffic is always heavy.
Not enough downside to reduce the grade… it’s still a five star gas up.

Their gas is cheap but this place is horrible!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The guy mike there is great!!! You don’t get ripped off and he will work with you. He will tell you you may need to come back in 6 months before x thing needs to be replaced. Instead of saying this needs to be done now. I recommend these guys to everyone i know that’s looking for an honest mechanic.

I needed to bring my car in for an emissions test and first called Goodyear down the street. They said I would need to drop off my car and leave it with them for MOST of the day. So then I tried Yorkshire Service Center and they offered to do it in about 20 minutes. Since I was first in line actual wait time was only about 10 minutes, talk about fast service!
