Wilson’s Gutter Cleaning

These guys are great! It was a little hard to schedule a visit because the weather wasn’t cooperating. However, once they came they were top notch, respectful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend and will use them from now on.

I scheduled service with this company june 8^th or 9^th. They were over a week out for appts. Fine. Every time I spoke to them I made certain they understood I needed work completed by June 29^th to get my money pit to settlement. (Inspection request). I was Scheduled for Wednesday the 17^th and told they’d call the day before. The 18^th I called them since I heard nothing and was told I was on list for Monday the 22^nd. Fine. Monday I call to settle bill and had to leave message. Tuesday I call and was told I’m on «today’s list.» Wednesday I was told Thursday. You get the idea. Today is Friday the 26^th and they let me know they’d get to me next week. Well I needed it done by the 29^th so they’ve been «fired» as best you can fire a company with no ability to follow through. They had no business taking on customers if they are so behind from rainstorms and or overbooking. Three weeks is completely reasonable for a business to complete the job or be honest about their inability to do so.
The company did contact me friday shortly after 2pm and about 5 minutes after my original Unilocal review. I was apologized to and safety policies were reiterated. My comprehension of safety policies was never the issue. I respect safety policies. I should have been told they were behind weeks due to rain. I have still not been told that although it’s implied. Instead I was told I was on same day list or next day’s list for a week. That was stringing me along. I would have sought out another company if I was not strung along. I should have been given truthful statements about where they were on this list because clearly being on each day’s list has nothing to do with job completion on or around that day. No mention of going out there saturday was made to me. I cannot speak of his intentions but that was not verbally stated to me. I was told he’d let me know by 3pm Monday the 29^th when they’d be able to get to me. That was not good enough for me as I had settlement scheduled for 1pm Monday and gutters HAD to be done and I stated that. Again. Despite it raining all day Saturday, another company I contacted the 26^th had the job completed by 10am the 29^th.

Bought a new home and gutter was all loose damaged. Found Wilson’s on google and JT was able to come on short notice and fix the gutter with new hooks to hold it tight and cleaned the gutters. Had professional ladders and equipment to avoid any damage to the siding or roof and cleaned up the deck after finishing the job. I will highly recommend him.

Wilson’s gutters was the only one who would come out the next day when our gutters were clogged and over flowing. He was on time, very professional, honest, and well-​priced! We will be using them again and will also refer him to friend in the area! It’s refreshing to find an honest, prompt contractor!

Amazing service, honest & reliable. Actually told me my gutters were in great shape and wouldn’t charge me full price even though I was way outside their normal service area. I couldn’t believe it. If you use anyone else to clean your gutters you’re making a mistake.
