Business Owner

Our owner and principal inspector, Alan Steinmetz, is certified by InterNACHI and Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) in Residential and Commercial Inspection, the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) as a Radon Measurement professional, and by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) for Mold and Radon Testing. He is a family man with a daughter in first grade and an amazing wife of 11 years.

Alan has experience in many facets of home remodeling and carpentry. He also has years of management experience in the retail industry, followed by a career as a professional pilot for the past eight years. The attention to detail, mechanical nature, and high end customer service experience that this career has afforded him, allows for a unique and valuable perspective in the inspection business.
