Great, kind and quick service! Went for an oil change. Good price, and they put air in my tires. I recommend them!

Whoever posted before me was spot on! The owner of this shop really is a trustworthy and honest person. He told me that my windshield wipers could pass inspection but that they were really low and he suggested to get them changed in a month or two. Any other shop would have lied and slapped a big old rejection sticker on my windshield for it. (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE) I actually had received a rejection a couple years ago when I inspected my car at Jiffy Lube. Thank goodness I decided to go to unique automobile care (since they have most reasonable prices in the area) to complete the work that was required for passing inspection because the inspector told me that the $ 500+ in repairs weren’t actually required to pass inspection. He told me that the only thing that was necessary to repair were the tires! Ever since then it became official, I will never take my car anywhere else as long as Unique Automobile Care is open!

I recently took my car here to have the Virginia state emissions and safety inspections done. It was on a Saturday morning, and I arrived early, and even though they were not officially open yet, they took me right away… what a focus on customer service! The person who checked out my car offered me friendly advice about what I should keep an eye on with my car — he mentioned my tires were getting close to needing to be replaced, which I suspected as well — and even mentioned Costco as a place to get a great deal on tires/​tire installation. Not something I normally hear from a car service/​repair place, so Unique Auto has earned my trust already.
The other great thing about Unique Automobile Care, is car service is all they do, and they seem to have quite a number of service bays to handle cars, so wait times should be relatively short here… unlike repair work done at a gas station. Plus, the waiting lounge has a very comfortable couch to sit on, lots of magazines, and a T.V. to keep you occupied if you are waiting. I recently moved to Virginia from DC, and was fortunate to have a great, reasonably priced auto service place there, and believe I have found a similar place here. I used to bring my car to a dealer service center, until the last one «found hundreds of dollars of work that needed to be done» — vs. around $ 50 when I went to the great service place in DC — so I know that a reasonably priced, high service, trustworthy auto repair place is worth «their weight in gold.» I believe I have found such a place now in Virginia at Unique Automobile Care in Manassas, and highly recommend them to you.

This place is the best. If you need repairs done at a great rate, do yourself a favor and come see for yourself. You will find out that there are still hard working, honest mechanics out there, that still do great work.
