***As a single female with an extremely friendly not-​so-​attack-​dog, I was very impressed with how you presented two forms of ID and your business card before setting foot into my condo. In the many years I have dealt with several companies spanning several lines of work, that has never happened!
I just moved into this condo, and the previous owner only left 1 key that did not open anything except the front door. After weeks of back and forth emails with the property manager, I finally got a key to the balcony that fit the lock and turned, but did not open the door. Turns out the lock was installed incorrectly and needed to be adjusted because it was off track.
I appreciate how you went above and beyond but did not raise the price outside the range you quoted me when you first began working.

Just bought a new house in Manassas. The previous owner left ONE key and it did not even open all the locks. Searched around and ask a few folks. They recommended TW Locksmiths.
Called them on Wednesday we were not moving in for a week so it was not a rush job. John said he would arrive Friday between 9 and 10 AM and quoted me a price to replace all the locks and give us several keys.
He arrived at 9:10AM with everything in hand. Swapped the locks in under 30 minutes, made the keys and was out the door for LESS than he quoted me. No upsell, no hassle and he cleaned up everything on his way out.
I will not only use him again, but will recommend him to friends and family. Can’t go wrong here.

John is very professional, arrives on time, does great work and I highly recommend him. We had him install 4 new handle sets for our doors and key them alike. We also had him re-​key our daughters new house. In both cases all the keys work better than any we had before. Handles and dead bolts are very secure, doors shut easily and all looks very professional. The price was very affordable.

Saw the Unilocal review and gave him a call for an estimate. He came in much lower than Baldinos and was able to re-​key 6 locks for half of what the other company was going to charge. He also threw in a free replacement part since he didn’t recognize a minor issue at first glance (which I thought was surprising and very nice). Highly recommend.

Picture it, Sicily, 1922… no wait, that isn’t it. Manassas, 2014, Jodi comes home from a snowy two hour commute from work, threw her keys in the door and expected it to open. Click. Click. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. NOTHING!
Once again I was locked out of my house; however this time I actually had the keys and my cell phone, said key just decided to give up on life and not do its job any longer. Thought it was a fluke until my sisters key didn’t work either.
I logged in my Unilocal app and did a little searching and came across TW Locksmith, they had great reviews so I gave them a call. They answered the phone, gave me an estimate of $ 120.00 plus parts (which I thought was reasonable since it was 7:00pm and snowing) and told me they would be there in about 30 minutes.
John arrived faster than 30 minutes; he was able to drill out our broken lock, get us in the house, replace the entire lock/​door handle mechanism and gave us two new keys. He was fast, professional, clean and couldn’t have been more polite.
This is the first time I’ve ever needed a locksmith personally but I occasionally come across the need to recommend one to my customers — I can assure you that I will be recommending John at TW Locksmith in the future!

Went on Unilocal to find a locksmith and saw the good reviews. He finished installing a new door handle and lock for me today and was very pleased with the service. He came early in the window of one hour he have me and was quick to answer the phone or return calls. He managed to find the exact same door handle an install for a reasonable price in less than a half hour. Couldn’t ask for more and friendly at that. He covers all of the Fairfax area as far as I know, just with differing charges to come out. I checked around and his fee is much lower than the other locksmiths in the are. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Excellent, prompt, and professional service after reading the Unilocal reviews. Received a fresh set of keys to four doors in our townhouse in Aldie, Virginia in about two hours. Reasonably priced for peace of mind. Definitely will use again if locksmith services are needed!

After reading reviews for locksmiths online, I called TW Locksmith to rekey two locks at my house. I was given an estimate over the phone that sounded very reasonable. John said he could be at my house in an hour and a half and that’s exactly when he arrived. The second I answered the door he greeted me with a smile, showed me his DCJS card (Department of Criminal Justice Services) and a second form of ID. John went over everything with me again, rekeyed both locks and cut four new keys for me.
I’ve added TW Locksmith to my cellphone, because the next time I need a locksmith there is no question who I’m calling.

My wife and I are on vacation and our son was locked out of the house. The key worked on the lower lock but would not open the deadbolt. A neighbor even tried and could not get it to work. I first called Baldino’s which I know to be a good and reputable business. I’ll continue to use the for certain needs but no longer for callouts. They quoted me a cost of $ 267 to come over. (It was around 530−6PM on a weekday and not a holiday) It would have cost more if they could not pick the lock and had to drill it out. I decided this was way too exorbitant and came to Unilocal looking at reviews. I found TW Locksmith and called. I can’t recall the young mans name but he’s a small business. He quoted me a cost of $ 120 and would charge no more if he had to drill it out. He quoted an hour and maybe longer as he was busy but I believe he was there in less than an hour. I didn’t meet him but my son said he did a good job. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed.
One small issue is that he does not accept credit cards.

I called TW Locksmiths a few days ago and had them into my new home to rekey my locks. John called 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive and let me know he was on his way. He was super friendly, very fast, and even did minor lock repairs at no cost. He is fully licensed, cleaned up after himself, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend TW Locksmith Services! I needed some locks rekeyed as well as new deadbolts installed. I called Baldino’s first, because they were recommended by a friend; then I called TW Locksmith. What a difference! Baldino’s was double the price of TW! TW Locksmith is fully bonded and licensed through the Department of Justice (John will show you his ID)…he is prompt, friendly and does what he says he’s going to do, when he says he’s going to do it! John contacted me via phone and e-​mail and was happy to give me a 15 minute advance call so I didn’t have to wait at home. Thank you John!
