I definitely recommend this nail place! I have been going here for a few years and I am never disappointed. The owners are very sweet and do a great job! I usually get a pedicure and gel nails every 2 to 3 weeks. Honestly, I have tried pretty much every single color they have lol. The pricing is also very reasonable.

My body has been tense for awhile now, so, I came in to get a massage. My first impression of this salon is its lovely. Its very clean and the staff working here are very friendly. The waiting area is also very cute. So, when it was finally time, one of the staff walked me to the back and I got comfortable and ready. Than, another staff member came in and she started the massage. Oh my god… Best massage I’ve ever received! Half way in I just fell asleep. When I woke up it was when she was gentle calling my name while still rubbing me. Overall, best experience ever! When she was done, my body feel a lot lighter and it just felt great! I highly recommend coming here! The services is just amazing! You won’t regret it!

I had been seeking a new place to go for my nails. To me getting my nails done is like therapy and is intended to release stress. I was hopefull that with the word spa in the name this would be good. I was so wrong. I left this place MORE stressed and in tears. I had red polish on when I went in and wanted an American manicure. Not only did they not remove all the red they put accrilic over it so now is looks like blood. I was told when pointing this out that it was because my nails were too old and next time I need to get a new set. For now I just need to put color on my nails to cover how old and bad they are. I have never had an experience so bad. Also the man who did my nails had filthy hands. As he tried to remove what is under the accrilic, he is getting dirt from his own hands on the cotton ball. It was beyond gross. I want to give negative stars but this app won’t allow it.

And here I was, thinking I’d found a great waxing place. Nope! I went there initially for my first ever bikini wax about two months ago and my experience was great! The girl who took car of me, Rita, was awesome. She was sweet and patient with me, and very thorough. So I took her card with plans to return. So, I returned today for my appointment with Rita, only to find that Rita doesn’t even work there anymore!
Why would they make an appointment for me with Rita and not tell me that? Anyway, I got someone else who was just ok. I mean, she was nice, but not half as thorough as Rita was. Dammit, now I have to search for another place. Don’t waste your money on the waxing here. You’ll just have to go home and pluck!

Q Nails has been my regular nail spot for 3 years until yesterday !! The shop is under new ownership but new tables and some fresh paint does not necessarily make a place better. I used to get a full set of acrylic for $ 25.00 and it was always done quickly, professionally and looked great! Yesterday I looked at the new price list and it had gone up to $ 30.00. Well no problem, I could live with that so I confirmed the price for a new set and proceeded. I got there at 4;10 and was not completed until 5:50! I had mentioned to my technician that my nails were quite weak underneath so if she had any issues taking one off then we should soak it instead of forcing it as once before it took my under layer off. Well, she got out a bowl and proceeded to take half an hour to soak the entirety of my nails off one layer at a time. I tried to get her to understand but the communication was just not happening. My nails as I type this are: #1…very thick…#2. a couple are rounded. a couple are squared… one looks like the leaning tower of Piza.#3. a few of them have deposits on the inside and #4. they cost $ 40.00 ! I confirmed the already increased price but when she charged me she explained she charged me an extra $ 5.00 to take the old ones off and another extra $ 5.00 for white tips (which she could see I had on previously!!) So it jumped from $ 25.00 to $ 40.00 for a nearly 2 hours cruddy nail job! NEVER again !! (I WISH I could capture all this in a picture for you to capture how warped this looks on my nails…)

I just went in there to get my eyebrows done. I was sent to the back room to wait for the lady. When the lady came in she didn’t say hi or anything. She was really rough on my face and touching all over it. I could tell she had an attitude just from the way she was applying the wax onto my eyebrows. When she was done she was like «here!» and handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows. They looked good, but she left all the excess wax on my face so I had to stand at the morrow and peel off all the wax before I left. I will never go back there. You need to treat your customers with respect! I even tipped her even though she was very rude! Never again!
