This company did a deck and patio on a property of mine, and I couldn’t be happier. After sitting through a few estimates, i felt very comfortable with what they had presented. The price was very fair and the warranties were exceptional. Overall very pleased with the overall finishes and completion of the project… its good to know companies like this exist.

Update #2: The work was quality and completed on time once the supplies arrived (slight delay with shipment). Issues were rectified before final payment. Front door walkway got light upgrade with builder’s suggestion. Stamped concrete pad was put in quick and looks good.
Update #1: Responded quickly and setup first appointment for the the next day. Arrived on time and worked with Steve in a good exchange. More updates to come as work estimates and future work is completed.
–original review – I left 2 messages with their message service last week, just to get an estimate on a frontdoor walkway deck. No one has returned my call. They might be good if you can get them to call you back.

First, the owner Tony, came by himself to discuss the job and work out a quote. He was easy going and had several excellent suggestions that made our final deck even better than we hoped. Other contractors (including the «Best Pick Reports for Prince William County) just sent a carpenter to measure and then emailed back a quote. There was no opportunity for interaction or discussion. Tony discussed the best ways to work the project and calculated a quote right there. The quote was excellent at 20%less than the best of the other contractor AND with composite decking instead of the cheaper wood other contractors were offering.
The second reason I am very satisfied was our carpenter. He did a terrific job. Our new deck looks fantastic. He also did the extra necessary work the project required at no charge. He fixed a drain pipe, moved an irrigation line and extended the deck wider (giving us an extra 15 sq feet). All coordinated with us but at no extra cost.

Professional Remodeling Group just completed our screen porch and deck combo (about 16′ x 40′) in Leesburg. We love it. We chose Professional Remodeling Group due to their low cost, vision of the project, financing options, and rapport with the sales guy. They offered up great ideas for the project, and the onsite project manager’s response to every question I asked him, «Yes. I can do that. You are the boss.» We would hire them again.

We decided to tear down our old deck and build a larger one, partially screened it. The first step was to get three estimates. As soon as we met with Steve and Neil from Professional Remodeling Group, I was drawn toward this company. Of course, they had all the licenses and credentials to show us, as well as tons of photos of other jobs, but more importantly, they seemed to really «get» what we wanted our project to look like. Although they offered advice and suggestions when we asked for them, they mostly listened to our needs, and then went over options and price ranges with us. There was never any high pressure selling, and they did not try to drive us toward materials/​design that would be out of our price range. (With one other estimator we got a terrific design that would have been appropriate for homes in a much more expensive neighborhood. PRG, on the other hand, recommended a structure and prices consistent with our nieghborhood.) After we decided to go with PRG, we mentioned that we hoped to get a new roof and a basement remodel (drywall and ceiling) in the future. On the spot, they offered to measure and give us a good package deal. It turned out to be an incredible deal. We got a new roof (with OUR choice of top-​of-​the-​line shingles), completely drywalled walls and ceilings, AND a gorgeous deck/​screened porch – all for the same cost the others gave us for just the deck/​porch. Because the price was so great we worried that the quality would be if-​y. Nothing to worry about there! There were three crews (drywallers, porch builders, roofers), and each team did absolutely beautiful work! In fact, we’ve had other people with construction experience over to look at it, and even the pros agree we got great craftsmanship! I am happy to recommend Professional Remodeling Group. This is a very responsive company. Any questions, they return your call within minutes. To boot, they offer lifetime guarantee to fix any problems that arise after the fact. So far, though, the work is perfect!
