Was referred by an ER doctor for kidney stones and cyst. Was told the Dr. said to call first thing the next morning to get in to see him. The woman who picked up was so nasty and rude and when I told why I was calling, put me on hold, then came back to tell me… in a very snotty, I told you so tone, he won’t see you until he is available… next Tuesday. Never mind lady. Made an appointment with my primary care dr. to get a different referral and she told me her patients, especially women have had issues with this practice. Take your urethra elsewhere folks… this jerks don’t deserve your money or time.

I am a nurse and have attempted to get in touch with the office for two weeks and their phone lines have always been transferred over to the emergency services every time. It was not during lunch or when it was announced they were transferred over. As a new patient I would never see a doctor who I had this much trouble even getting through to the office to set up the first appointment.

My primary care physician referred me here for a potential issue. My appointment was with Dr. Andrew Chung. He seems very interested in you as the patient. His explanations were clear and easy to understand — and he was patient in answering my questions and discussing things. Definitely recommended!
