Very happy that I bought the groupon for this program. I signed up because when the program was explained, it involved real foods from the grocery store, fruits and veggies, which I feel is the way to go to lose weight and be healthy. I’m so glad that I did this diet. The girls have always been so supportive and helpful every step of the way and I am happy to say that I lost 26lbs on the program. I know how to eat now! Worth every penny!

Because I joined through Groupon for the 1 month pass, I feel I got sub-​standard service. I should have done the month at Fairfax. They aren’t rude there and they treat people with dignity. They barely explained the diet. The rep got nasty with me because I had called ahead to ask if I needed to reschedule. I didn’t have my Groupon Coupon with me. When I tried to look it up on my phone she said that there was no need to get all crazy. I was just trying to look it up on the smartphone, but I had disclosed that I had experienced Post Partum Depression. Really nasty person. I don’t feel safe giving them any medical information. If you don’t buy the plan with the $ 700 downpayment, then they don’t wan to work with you. They use Groupon to get you in the door and if you don’t buy the bigger program, they could care less about you. They should NOT sell anything on Groupon. I left knowing nothing about the diet plan other than being shown a list of foods to buy. No explanation about shakes or when/​how to use them. It was very substandard. I had been to the Fairfax location years ago and never experienced anything of this nature.
