Picked up a double whammy of yummy seafood — an order of fried oysters and one pound of the medium sized, spiced, steamed shrimp. Ocean is a takeout/to go joint. It’s not eat in. There is one table with two chairs — I think it’s more for folks who are waiting for their order. It’s in a small retail complex off of Route 28 named«Rimpal Plaza.» It’s all seafood here folks for the most part — with a few exceptions — which are whole chickens and chicken wings — Other than that — it’s fried or steamed stuff: fish, shrimp, oysters, crabs, crab cakes, scallops, I was ravenous when I got to the car — I couldn’t wait — I sat in the parking lot and ate my order of fried oysters on the spot! They were heavenly — not overcooked, not overbreaded, and not overly greasy. Very close to perfecto! The shrimp were had later — after I got home. The smell of them was very distracting on the drive home — they smelled that good. Cooked just right — with a delicious amount of Old Bay or whatever Boil seasoning they used. Check this place out!
