After the 3 feet of snow in Winter 2016, we noticed internal leaking in our home that pointed to a compromised roof. We contacted NVB to assist us with an insurance-​claim estimate and repair.
Every step of the process was professionally handled, politely done, and explained thoroughly to our satisfaction. We were assisted through every step of the process. All questions, no matter how small or silly, were fielded and explained. Everyone was prompt, had a professional, competent look and demeanor, and did excellent work exactly as promised.
The owner made a couple of extra recommendations that were affordable and sensible (he was not up-​selling us just to squeeze a buck out of it.) He explained all the reasons in detail, and we had veto power if we had wished it.
The interior repairs actually looked nicer than the rooms originally did! You cannot even see a single flaw in either ceiling now. Everyone was gentle with our belongings (some we moved aside, some were delicate or antiques). They were in and out for the room repair in a day.
We had no issues being able to communicate clearly and correctly with the owners, insurance people, or repair workers.
I hope our roof holds for decades to come, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again, should we need them. You can trust them to do the job correctly, the first time.

Eric Bradley and his team were amazing when it came to repairing some nasty corrosion damage along my roofline. His team was exceptionally proficient in demo, repair, and reconstruction in an incredibly timely manner in freezing temperatures. During our very first meeting, Eric told me he would take care of me personally through any issues and the bottom-​line is that he absolutely delivered on that.
Following a hail storm in our area, NVB Contracting stopped by our house. They inspected the roof, walked me through the insurance process, and the shingle selection. Besides the roof, the storm had damaged the gutters and window screens also. They took care of everything for me. They held to the schedule. When once there seemed to be a possibility of delay due to limited availability of gutter supplies from their regular supplier, Eric got in his truck early in the morning and brought the material home while the crew was there so the work got done as planned on schedule.

When I initially called about a leak in my room on a Wednesday they realized the urgency and came out for an estimate on that same Friday. I live in Rockville so I knew it was a rather large trip to make just for an estimate but, other reviews on this company were amazing. Two contractors came out to perform the work. They arrived right at the scheduled time and had an estimate for me within fifteen minutes. They completed the work on the roof the same day as the estimate and assured me they would be out soon to fix the walls that had been effected by the leak in our roof. Both men were very friendly and completed the task at hard as quick as they could. Before they left I received payment conformation and a verbal list of tasks that they could also complete for me. This company took the hassle out of picking contractors. I will recommend them to all my friend and continue to call them for my home renovation needs.

We recently contracted NVB to replace our roof due to hail damage. They did an excellent job, and finished in the time frame we were given. They were polite, efficient, and everything was cleaned up afterward. We would use them again.
