Terrible cleaning service, stay away at all cost. Rude and irresponsible. Can’t believe these people stay in business. Call me if you are interested in a joint investigation of this business. Need to report this business to the authorities.

Terrible cleaning service. Had to tell them what to do and even then they still left baseboards and floors dirty, appliances smudged, and light fixtures dusty. There were three people in my home and none of them cleaned anything in my home properly. Yes, they are cheap but I would rather spend the money on folks who know what they are doing. Save yourself the disappointment and money and go with a more reputable company.

This company CLAIMS to be insured and bonded, I don’t believe that but I WILL be investigating and reporting them if they are!
They broke several things in my home.
They threw away my bath towels which I can’t figure out why anyone would do but I find them in the trash can.
Other items are MISSING FROM MY HOUSE.
I called several times and finally got an answer, they answered right away until after they were here. I was promised someone would come out to evaluate what happened but no show. Spent another week of trying to get someone out here. I have given up as they are clearly deceptive and have gotten their money and washed their hands of any responsibility.
SHAME ON YOU AND SHAME ON ValPac FOR BRINGING YOU TO MY HOUSE.
I am of to find whoever insured and/or licensed these thieves and liars.

I’m not quite sure how they are at cleaning, but one of their employees nearly killed my entire family in Warrenton just a few moments ago. She ran a stop sign and crossed 2 lanes of traffic without a glance, and then, after 2 cars had to slam on their brakes (mine included), she had the audacity to throw her middle finger out of the window. I wouldn’t let anyone that irresponsible and disrespectful near my home! I do hope the police follow up, as I did call and give them the plate numbers. I’m almost amazed at the lack of concern from someone who is in a car with their contact info all over it… great business marketing… if you want your business to fail completely :)

I should have read this before I scheduled an appointment but seems iike I’m okay since they haven’t even shown up for their first cleaning. They gave me a one hour window and they are nowhere to be seen. It is way past their scheduled time. Guess I won’t even give them a second chance now.

Was going to try them out for the first time. But Javier gave me an issue with rescheduling. Also I had a coupon for first time cleaning and he said I couldn’t use it because he was giving me a special price already. What is the point of sending out advertisement coupons for first time cleaning if I can’t use it?! Glad I didn’t go through with them because I read on Unilocal that there have been a lot of unsatisfied customers and some of their belongings/jewelries have been missing.

We used them for over a year. Cleaning was amazing in the beginning, then it would occasionally slip. If we called, they were polite and would fix the problem. For the last few months every cleaning was unacceptable. Owner didn’t seem to care and was very rude. Then he would even stop returning calls. Discovered they were skipping rooms, breaking thing and trying to cover it up. Hardwoods seemed to have a film over them (maybe a dirty mop?). The owner actually accused me of putting something on them after the cleaners left… unbelievable. Also, heard from neighbors they were spending less than 1 hr at the house. Horrible company that should go out of business. Lazy cleaners, and unprofessional owner.

I would love to give them no stars! My first time using them, they arrived an hour early so I had to change my schedule. They came in and cleaned told me they were done and hadn’t cleaned my basement, any of the toilets, blinds, nothing! They hadn’t even vacuumed some areas and skipped others. I had to tell them to move the rugs and wash under them! I went over the areas with them to have them cleaned and contacted the owner, Javier. I explained that I was having trouble and he told me he was too busy and would talk about it later!!! Really??? Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

I used Kalia’s for three ½ years and thought they did a great job, before I realized they were STEALING MY JEWELRY and WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE! ! Also, most of the employees do not speak English and CANNOT trusted! As a new resident of this community, I suggest you get a referral of other cleaning services on the market.
