I can’t say anything bad about my experience. Well, I tried to order online and it found my address and then for some reason repeatedly kept telling me it was invalid and took out the street number. I gave up and called, and it was easy enough to order. I will say that there is obviously a lack of professionalism. I was on the phone ordering and the guy on the phone kept laughing like he was distracted, and then yelled «stop!» To someone in the background. Sounded like irritating teenagers goofing off, but it could be saved for when you’re not on the phone taking someone’s credit card info. Food was here in 10 – 15 flat and was just as I ordered it. Will think about ordering from here again.

Come here all the time as it’s the closest jimmy johns to my house. Love it. There is something addictive about their food. The sandwiches are nothing fancy and are quite simple but are still really yummy, really cheap and always ready really quick. They also deliver and as far as I know they don’t have a minimum! For a fast cheap meal come here. Employees are always very friendly!

I just ordered! I used to work at the jimmy johns in chantilly; but that not important. I ordered a #13 Veggie Club which usually has 4 portions of cheese and I only got 2! So I could have paid for a #6! The bread is overlooked to the point of almost burnt. & it’s very hard… I have never had an order show up at my door that was fully correct… I’m gonna stop ordering from here I think… You guys need to get it together!

This place was alright.
I ordered online around 2 in the the afternoon, and they got here around 2:25, so it wasn’t too long a wait. Definitely not «freaky fast» delivery I see advertised. My sub was pretty good, but my wife’s was missing the avocado spread completely on her sub and she had ordered extra. Both of the drinks ordered were flat. I think their compressor was down.
I don’t think I’d order again, but rather just swing in, order and carry out.
