These guys came recommended from the building manager at my school due to their honesty and quality work. My AC died in 95-​degree heat so promptness was a key factor — they came within a few hours after my initial contact. After the initial diagnosis, I asked what I owed for them coming out and the guy seemed surprised I’d even ask (the first company I contacted charged me $ 90 just for the visit). That was a good indicator of their character.
The process from diagnosis to the actual job was smooth and clear. The bill was itemized to make it transparent what you’re paying for. My questions were clearly answered and I was consistently updated on the progress. I write this review sitting at a comfortable 75-​degrees.
