Although our expertise is in pest control, we focus on you, the customer. We understand that pest problems vary in nature, which is why we emphasize communicating with you to resolve your pest issues. Since pests often react to weather patterns, we have tailored our service with built-in flexibility to properly treat given the current weather conditions of the area. As a result, our techniques may slightly vary from service to service, which will provide a more effective overall annual treatment for your home.
Once existing pests are eradicated, we specialize in creating and maintaining a protective barrier around your home to prevent future access. If you have any concerns between visits, we are only a phone call away from sending out one of our local service technicians at no cost to you. Again, our focus is YOU. All that we ask is you communicate with us whenever you have a concern. This sort of communication is vital for us to provide you with the level of service needed to take care of your pest needs.
We make ourselves available on Saturdays upon request. We will always notify you via email and an automated phone call of any upcoming services to facilitate scheduling. We know you are busy and we have found that providing this notification system helps avoid scheduling conflicts and confusion.

History
Established in 2003.
Over the past 12 years, Frontline has performed nearly 1 million services for 65,000 customers. We have operated in 8 different states and have over 100 years of combined experience within the company. We’ve always enjoyed interacting with home owners and for that reason, we primarily specialize in residential pest control. Our business has experienced steady and controlled growth since its inception and just recently in 2014, we made it on the top 100 list of top pest control companies. Like every business, we’ve had to learn from our mistakes and successes. Our resolve to get it right has driven us to become the company that we are today and to continue to improve in the future.

I have been Frontline’s Director of Operations since 2013. After spending three years as a salesman/sales manager with Frontline, I made the transition to oversee the general operations of the business. I am dedicated to improving the overall experience that customers have with our business by ensuring that our primary departments of sales, service, and customer service work in unison. I firmly believe that we are in the people business first, then the pest business. As we focus on our customers, the technical elements of our work are guided. I have complete confidence in everyone who works for Frontline, from our ownership all the way to those who work daily to make our customer experience a great one.
