The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because when I finally was able to see a mechanic for my state inspection he seemed very nice. The only problem is I lined up at 7 a.m. when they are supposed to open and I was the first in line and had to wait an hour until somebody finally open the door.

Washington, DC
I have been taking my cars here since 2008. They are quick and even more important they are honest. Excellent customer service and my cars are always as clean when they are done as they were when I brought them in. They give me a fair price unlike many other repair shops in the area. Its really too bad their services are so limited. Be nice if they expanded. Cashier is a very sweet Southern lady and always friendly.
