I highly recommend Brian as a home contractor. He and his team really helped me out after a bathroom remodel disaster I had with a previous contractor who totally messed everything up and then left me in a lurch without a working bathroom, plumbing probs and a leaky ceiling.
Brian took on the job after the disaster and not only fixed everything the other contractor had messed up in a few short weeks but he made my bathroom look beautiful. He and his team really went the extra mile for me– they worked long hours right around the Holidays to get me a working bathroom as quickly as possible and they went through all the necessary protocol to pass inspections.
They kept everything clean while working on the job. They even discovered other internal problems in my home from previous servicemen and fixed that! (Think «Holmes on Homes» for all you HGTV watchers)
One thing I think that really gives Brian an edge is that he is very tech savy– I was pleased we were able to communicate quickly via text msgs and he was the only contractor I got a quote from who went through the extra effort to take video footage of my bathroom to share ideas with me and keep a visual record of the job.
Contractor jobs really are a buyer beware kind of market I discovered through this but I am relieved that there are excellent trustworthy contractors like Brian out there and am extremely grateful for that and my gorgeous, fully functional, new bathroom is the proof!
