Best Bus

Got to Manassas early. The bus was waiting we tried to show the driver our tickets. He was most unhelpful and just told us to get on board. Suddenly the bus left. We were surprised as it was 30 mins early. We got toVienna to be told we had got on the wrong bus and had to get off. Not being familiar with best bus schedules we didn’t realise they had an earlier bus. You require people to be there early it would be nice to have checks in place that people do not get on an earlier bus by mistake. Have used vamoose before and their service was so much more organised.

I have traveled on Best Bus write a few times from Northern Va to New York City and back. They have this Manassas stop and one in Vienna at the metro that is more convenient than the Arlington buses.
The drivers are very professional and friendly and are not overworked. In fact, on most trips, the bus stops to chance drivers to ensure there’s no operator fatigue.
You very free water and there’s wifi fur free, too. Unlike the Arlington buses, there’s no stopping in Maryland. As a VIP member, you get extra perks including a dollar off each fair purchased. Rescheduling is a breeze through their online system.
With a kid in college in NYC, this bus route is really handy.
The only negative ite’s they don’t offer as many time slots as the Arlington routes. I’d give 5 stars if they had more departure and arrival times on their route 66 line.
