I have used this team to both purchase and sell a home. They know what they are doing when it comes to real estate. When negotiating a purchase or sale of a home I want someone who has the background and experience to get me the best deal possible. This team gives me that and I trust them to take care of me because they always do and I know they are looking out for my best interests.
My husband and I would recommend Mary Ann, Bonnie or Shawn in an instant. Actually, my whole family uses Mary Ann and her team for all of our real estate needs. To us this team is really is the only choice when purchasing or selling a home.

Can I give no stars for no action? No stars for non responsive? I have emailed several of their properties, I called their office several times, even spoke to the receptionist twice. I am yet to receive a phone call or even a simple email. I live out of state so of course it is difficult for me to go see their properties, but you would think a simple response isn’t too much to ask. I will make damn sure I do not look at another one of their listings.
