We provide small, personalized classes in alignment based yoga. We believe yoga can benefit all populations, regardless of age, physical abilities or skill level. Our certified teachers can help you establish and build a practice that will help you build flexibility, balance and strength and improve your overall quality of life.
History
Established in 2015.
bedrock YOGA grew from a yoga community established from our yoga teacher training course. We were very fortunate to find a group of people who shared similar philosophies about yoga and our desire to share it. Our classes are small so that we can provide personalized attention to our students and help them grow in their practice.

I opened bedrock YOGA out of a desire to share the many benefits yoga has brought to my life, both physically and through a sense of community. I have been fortunate to have many generous, skilled teachers and I hope to continue that community in Manassas.
