I scheduled an appointment in which they never showed up. It turned out that he put me in on the wrong day. No apology and did not accommodate me to make-up for the time I had to take off of work. I can tolerate most crappy customer service but at least apologize for making a mistake and go out of your way to make it right.

Fantastic service and super prompt response with reasonable rate. Called him for a fridge repair and it was done in less than 3 hrs. Very professional and takes credit card. I hope Nabil continues his quality and price point. I found him on Unilocal and rolled a dice and now he will be my go to for all our properties in the area.
