I have been coming here for 6 years now and I don’t like to go anywhere else. Mindy, phở and Cindy are my nail girls so sweet and really good nail techs!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. My technician, Phở, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered. She always remembers everyone’s name and takes her time to ensure your mani/​pedi is beautiful. She also does a great job with waxing as well. The location itself is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Not fancy, but nice chairs and they do a reasonably priced pedicure very well. And I only let Amy touch my brows now. I really do recommend this place. It would get five stars, but they are nice but not overly so. They talk more to each other than they do their clients.

Clean, relatively inexpensive, a decent pedicure. My only complaint really is that the massage chair was so rough, I ended up with bruises!

I have found my new go-​to mani and pedi spot. Small, intimate (little crowded but not uncomfortable) and a seemingly older clientele (35+). All of the staff members were extremely friendly and they do not talk amongst themselves, they communicate with their clients. A nice refreshing change.
It’s not the most glamorous spot but it gets the job done and at an amazing price and rate. If you are into those lavish spas, this isn’t the spot for you. However, if you just want to relax and get the job done right, this is your spot.

never again!!! they tell you one price and when your done with all the services, its another, not a big deal of a place

I walked into Pretty Nails and had no wait time for a Gel manicure which was nice. My manicurist seemed nice but she spoke little English so it was at times hard to communicate what I wanted. It bothered me that I couldn’t ask any questions about the gel they used as I haven’t used any gels before today.
The color options were limited but I’m assuming that’s because there just aren’t that many options on the market yet, but I had to settle for a color I don’t love. I asked for poke-​dots or stripes or any cool design but ended up with just one basic flower. I typically do my own nails with designs so from experience I consider this a very basic/​boring design but with the language barrier I couldn’t seem to express what I was looking for. The nail coloring is ok, it’s not streaky but I didn’t get full coverage on all my nails which I didn’t notice till I was back home.
Over all the cost was average (30 dollars for gel manicure) and the place has plenty of TVs to watch. It felt clean and no waiting for a walk in was nice, but I’d have been much happier with a manicurist I could effectively communicate with. The manicure itself was not something I’d want to do again but it should do for my weekend so I guess it’s ok.

I have been coming to Pretty nails for almost a year now. My nail technician is Phở and she is wonderful! She takes her time and is very detail oriented. I usually come in every two weeks to get the Shellac manicure and Phở does an excellent job with the application. She is very personable and always fits me in! I definitely recommend this place. They are clean, professional and their prices are very good. The only recommendation I have is to order some new CND Shellac colors. I believe they have come out with a ton of new colors!:)

I like this place. Its conveniently located near my work, and I’ve mostly came here to get my eyebrows done! The staff is very friendly and for the most part I’ve been happy with my results, a couple times they made them too short, but not too bad!

Love this place! All the techs are so friendly and the prices are great! Kate has done my nails the past 6 or so times & I always love the way they look after! I used to get the regular acrylic but it never stayed looking nice for now so I switched it up. Instead of paying more for UV gel I get acrylic gel & it looks just as good! And will save you about $ 13! I highly recommend this place! :)

I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 3 years. The techs are extremely friendly and do an amazing job. They get pretty crowded in the afternoon and on Saturdays so I recommend going earlier in the day if you can.
