Dr. Iannacone and his staff are fantastic. I was in the waiting room waiting for my husband, while the bad review below me walked in. They were very rude to the staff as soon as they walked in. I heard the girl at the front tell them that although it looks like your appointment was canceled he can still see you. When they handed in their paper work, I could hear the woman say they refused to give their SS# and storm out. NEWS FLASH THIS IS A DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE TO GIVE MINE AT ALL MY DOCTORS APPTS.
I refer everyone to him and will continue to do so.

Staff is completely rude & unprofessional. They tried saying that we cancelled our appointment when we didn’t. Then failed to inform us where the actual location was! Only provided the Suite number not section from which they are located. Office appeared unsanitary & deprived. Worst doctors office experience yet!

This rating is for the Less than stellar service I received when I called the office today. Due to issues outside of my control I was running late for my 3 o’clock appointment but I knew I could be there by 3:20. Not wanting to throw off people’s schedule, I called to apologize and see if it was okay if I arrive late or if it would be better to reschedule. The receptionist placed me on hold and returned to say «get there as soon as I can». I was very pleased with that because I knew I was putting people in an inconvenience. But then when I asked for the office address ie, where this woman was sitting, I was placed back again on hold. That’s when nurse ratchet came on the line and proceeded to drill me with «why didn’t you leave earlier to get here on time?». I again apologize and even went on to say the reasons for why I was running late and she cut me off to say «Yeah, I get that why didnt you leave earlier?». Nurse ratchet was feeling quite empowered on the other end of the phone while chastising someone for running late. Regardless I explained again that I could reschedule or simply cancel and never came back again to To which she answered «fine, do not become a minute after 3:20 — last Appointment is at 400. So suffice it to say you will not see me at 3:20 but you will get this review in advance of 3:20 PM today.
