Chef Lou has spent every waking moment of the past 24 years immersed in every facet of the food industry with one goal in mind, to own and operate the finest restaurant in New Jersey. He began the realization of that dream in the spring of 2014 with the opening of «Blend on Main» in Manasquan NJ. His vision for «Blend on Main» will follow along the lines of the best French Brasseries, a relaxed setting designed to delight the senses. Our patrons will be waited on by a seasoned, professional staff who understand that the dining experience should be all about you. I have spent every waking moment of the past 24 years immersed in every facet of the food industry with one goal in mind, to own and operate the finest restaurant in New Jersey. I’ll begin the realization of that dream in the spring of 2014 with the opening of «Blend on Main» in Manasquan NJ.
