Nancy Davidson joined Mammoth Village Properties in the autumn of 2012, after spending 15 years with Century 21 Mammoth Realty, where she was the recipient of many awards. She feels this is an exciting change of venue, and that being in the Village will provide her with greater opportunities to expand her business.

Nancy Davidson joined Mammoth Village Properties in the autumn of 2012, after spending 15 years with Century 21 Mammoth Realty, where she was the recipient of many awards. She feels this is an exciting change of venue, and that being in the Village will provide her with greater opportunities to expand her business.

Nancy has been a resident of the Eastern Sierra since the 70’s. She loves the outdoors and spends much of her summers gardening at her home in Round Valley. Nancy also enjoys skiing and hiking in the beautiful mountains which surround the Mammoth Lakes area.

Nancy is familiar with both the Mammoth and Bishop Multiple Listing Services. She has helped many clients in both areas. Nancy is a licensed California real estate broker and is always taking continuing education courses to keep up with the latest market trends. She also serves as a Director for the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors.
