Eric is the co-​owner and Broker of Resort Property Realty and has owned and operated other businesses within Mammoth. In the evenings, Eric can be found teaching his students martial arts as part of the Mammoth Lakes Jiu-​Jitsu program ran through the Snowcreek Athletic Club.

History

Established in 2002.

Eric first obtained his real estate license in 2002. At that time he was working with buyers in Southern CA throughout Orange County and parts of both riverside and Los Angeles. In 2003 Eric followed his dream of living in Mammoth Lakes, CA and soon thereafter found himself assisting buyers and sellers with real estate in an area he considers paradise. In 2007 Eric obtained his Broker’s License and started Resort Property Realty, Inc. early the next year.

Wow… What can I say? Working with Danica and Eric produced the desired results on a second home better than the results on my primary residence… all while they were on vacation. We visited Mammoth on October 10th and Danica (at the last minutes… seriously, the night before. Eric was out of town and she grabbed the ball and ran with it) showed us properties suggested by Eric based on our conversation on what we were looking for. The longest wait was negotiating the price because we were working with a trust. Finally agreed to the value (not contentious… just slow response because the executor had to consult several people) and went into a 45 day escrow. Literally, we went into escrow when Danica and Eric were on a vacation. They let us know their schedules and would monitor our sale based on internet service. Short story, we closed two weeks early because Eric and Danica worked as a team. We received their referred though a friend for a similar transaction. I would be happy to share my experience with anyone… just contact Eric/​Danica for my info.

Eric Leach is simply one of the most professional, enjoyable people I’ve ever worked with in real estate, and I’ve worked with dozens of realtors and mortgage brokers. He always does what he says he’ll do, is truly interested in the client having a great experience and getting the home or condo that’s right for them (or getting the right price and buyer if selling). He lives, eats and breathes Mammoth, and tells it straight. We bought our first place in Mammoth from Eric in 2010 and will only use him for any and all transactions in the future. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I would recommend Eric if you want a honest, hardworking, educated, local on your side. Honest and forthcoming are great attributes for an agent. Especially being in a 2nd home market. Being a local for over 15 years is a plus. He knows where to buy and where not to buy. He wouldn’t over stimulated you with unnecessary information.

My wife and I have known and worked with Eric for years and when we decided to purchase our house there was no one else we would have considered. Eric is a consummate professional. He is dedicated to his work, knowledgable, focused and just the right mix of aggressive and cautious. He expertly helped us zero in on the right price range, features and location; then identify a couple target homes. We found the right house and got a deal in escrow within 3 weeks from starting our search. the escrow was not without complications, but Eric managed both the sellers and us and shepherded the transaction all the way through the process. We needed some concessions from the seller they didn’t want to make, and truth be told, the deal could have fallen through. Eric got the seller’s on board and got the deal done. I truly believe it might not have happened without him. If you’re looking for a true agent who will execute and look out for your needs as his client — Eric is your man.
