Fred, the store’s proprietor, is exceptionally courteous and helpful. I came to him with a framing quandary… I had an old frame with no attached hardware or wire. His was the second store I visited with the same problem. Instead of turning me away with a shrug, he assured me, hardware or no hardware, he’d make it work! I came back to receive a beautifully cleaned canvas and expertly wired frame. Sure, it should be easy enough to fix something so simple, but it’s not in my repertoire of «fix-​it-​yourself». Not only did he do a wonderful job, he was attentive throughout — from store entry to project completion. I also got a quick lesson on framing to boot! For any future framing needs, I will be absolutely sure to visit Fred at Ferreri.
