I started to come to Strafford Nails about 12 years ago. I met Sophia(the manager) and followed her to Devon. I was thrilled to hear she was managing a brand new salon and came to the grand opening. This salon has the nicest staff. The vibe is different. It’s also very new, exceptionally clean and they will do anything to make sure you are happy and comfortable. It’s a hidden gem. I look forward to my time at the salon. Each and every staff member smiles at me. Once I brought my mom and one of the staff members smiles and asks about her each time I am there. Affordable, elegant, gracious(hard working) staff with smiles.

Sorry but don’t judge a book by its cover… The salon may have nice décor and look clean but the quality of services leaves much to be desired. And please… the salon manager here truly needs instruction on customer service! I am aware that the owner has several of these salons in the area but she really needs to have a talk with this girl. This is a new location and you need to build up regular clients. You can’t treat customers like you probably did when you were just a nail technician! She is very rude! Bottom line there are too many good nail options on the Mainline to patronize a place with horrible customer service!

I decided to come here on a whim one day after a quick lunch at smash burger and it was great! I feel like it’s a little hidden(as its behind the hotel) however, I’m glad I stopped by! Definitely one of the friendliest and cleanest salons I’ve been to. Walking in, I was kindly greeted at the door. Everyone was smiling and friendly, it was almost overwhelming(living in the city, you don’t get this a lot). As a nail biter, I tend to shy away from nail salons but lee was very gentle, quick, and efficient with my full set. The manager, Sophia, was very accommodating and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. She even went through all of the services they offered if I ever decide to return… herbal spa manicures and pedicures with hot rocks, lashes, massages, the list goes on. The prices are slightly higher than in the city, but you pay for what you get! Don’t let the one star review stop you. Everyone is different in the way THEY treat people and THEIR expectations.(For example, If you’re a nasty customer, don’t expect the smiles to stay on everyone’s faces) So stop in and give it a shot! I will definitely be returning!

This was HANDSDOWN the BEST pedicure I’ve EVER had. There is a whole book of «herbal spa experiences» to choose from and I picked the«Just for women» experience and it was amazing. They came out with a fancy tray of all of the«ingredients» and seem to really take care in not only the actual spa session but also the aesthetic portion of your experience as well. The employees were very personable and offered us other services but did not try to talk us into anything that we didn’t want. There was a complimentary neck/shoulders massage while we sat at the dryer afterwards also… which was something Ive never had anywhere else! The price in my opinion is very reasonable as I have had much less for the same price elsewhere. Ask for Annie & Holly– they both were super nice and did an excellent job! This is now our go-to spa!

New salon. Clean. Friendly staff. Went there for a pedicure and my toes look fabulous! Very convenient location from the corporate centers in Malvern. I’ll be back.
