On two separate occasions issues with «required» work to pass PA inspection. Second opinions indicated work was not required. Based on these experiences my opinion is low for this shop. Avoid Cloverleaf if you can.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Cloverleaf partially rebuilt and
certified my electric car to be registered in PA in 2008. They helped me
through the arduous paperwork task of certifying a salvage /​rebuilt
titled vehicle. Nice and flexible folks. They got behind in schedule and
billed me for more than anticipated, but this was because this electric
car was a one-​of-​a kind. All parts had to be fabricated or modified from
stock.
I have another salvage title car arriving in three weeks and I will be
contracting with Cloverleaf to do the work.

I’ve never been to Cloverleaf Auto and do not even live in Pennsylvania, but when my search for just the right tires for my Triumph TR6 took me to Cloverleaf, I found Joe and Phillip to not only be incredibly knowledgeable, but willing to take the time to educate me on the science of tires and to provide me with a tire recommendation that turned out to be on the money.
I was so impressed with them both, I ended up buying my tires from them and having all four shipped to me.
Joe even followed up with a phone call to make sure the tires arrived and that they fit the car.
Terrific service was provided to a total stranger and the tires they
recommended are awesome. I was really impressed.
