History

Established in 2011.

The two founders and owners of Certitude Home Improvements, Ryan Dean and Ed Wuchter, have worked together for over 18 years in the industry. They have worked with roofing, siding, and window installation. companies together and separately. They discovered most companies lack product and installation knowledge and/​or can’t maintain a high level of customer service. With the their knowledge they knew that if they built a company that performed better where other companies faltered the company and the customer would benefit, so that’s what Ryan and Ed did.

I have been an entrepreneur since a teenager, first mowing lawns and designing landscapes for my company Taylor Landscaping, which I sold, just out of high school. I moved into the roofing industry with my uncle, Howard Taylor (Keystone Roofing), where I learned the foundation for roofing and that hard work is the only way to work. From that point on I was dedicated to learning every aspect of the home improvement business.

During the following years I held various positions from ground clean up, installer, foreman, estimator, to project and production manager. What I learned was the customer is the most important part of any project and I opened Certitude to make sure that people have a company like mine to choose for their projects.

I am equally dedicated to every branch of my business, be it roofing, siding, windows, or general home repair. I believe in being the only resource you need for Home Improvement.
