Nice little place to come eat and enjoy dinner with family, although it may be a tight squeeze the food is delicious. The customer service was great and I never had to ask for a refill! Great job C and Ms!

C&M’s is the perfect example of small town value, charm and good eats wrapped into one cozy place. I stopped in for the first time last Sunday morning; they serve breakfast until 10:30am on weekends. The place is pretty laid back, but there is table service. They have an à la carte menu, which I love because I often eat like a bird. I ordered 2 eggs($ 1.50), toast($ 0.75) and coffee($ 0.50). My eggs were perfectly scrambled, my two slices of thick wheat toast well buttered, and my coffee continuously refilled. My dining buddy ordered bacon, eggs and toast, and a soda. Grand total? $ 7 something. Less than eight dollars! The two women who took my order, refilled my coffee, and delivered my water were incredibly friendly; the service was supreme. You can’t beat the cozy feel of this clean café more known for their burgers and ice cream than for breakfast. Rest assured, this is no dive. Malvern is off the beaten path, though the Wabash Trace Nature Trail runs through town. If you’re in Council Bluffs or Omaha, consider a morning drive to Malvern. Take the Loess Hills Scenic Byway into Glenwood to Highway 34, then south a couple miles into Malvern. Explore the town’s old buildings and enjoy breakfast at C&M’s. Enjoy!
