Dr. Simpson sees me and my three children. She is knowledgable, professional and no-nonsense in her approach. She is very good with the kids — taking time to address their needs and issues. She is responsive to questions and accessible. Her office and support staff are also great. I highly recommend her — for pediatrics and also as a general practitioner.

We’ve been going to Dr. Simpson for three years now. She’s very competent and knowledgeable. Her degree is why I chose her. She’s very forward thinking and up to date on a lot of new medical research. She’s also very knowledgeable on holistic type medicine which helps when you’re trying to incorporate both. She’s also conservative when medicating, which is a good thing. I hate the UCLA billing dpt. And methodologies.

Dr. Simpson treated my son who is very shy and not trusting of doctors. Besides demonstrating a high level of competence, Dr. Simpson was able to talk to my teenage son in a way that she was able to gain his confidence. My son and I have very high regard for Dr. Simpson and highly recommend her as a pediatric physician to anyone seeking care.

Pleasant in person, Dr. Simpson is somewhere between abrupt and downright rude over the phone and by email. She seems aggrieved by her burden of paperwork, which is no doubt substantial. Hey, it’s not as if anyone else likes doing paperwork — I certainly don’t like trying to get paperwork done by a doctor’s office. The office’s actual follow-through on paperwork is pretty good. UCLA’s tremendously error-prone billing makes that a necessity, I guess. Dr. Simpson seems competent enough medically.
